2. To evaluate the cognition function and odour perception disorders before and after occupational therapy in patients after stroke and occupational therapy including tasks aimed at development of odour perception.
3. To compare the odour perception disorders in patients after stroke by applying occupational therapy and occupational therapy including the tasks aimed at development of odour perception.

2. Patients after stroke were diagnosed with mild disorder of cognition functions before the occupational therapy, and after the occupational therapy including tasks developing odour perception the cognition function disorders were eliminated. Before the occupational therapy, half of the patients could not distinguish more than 8 odours out of 16, after the occupational therapy, by using the tasks promoting the development of odour perception, more than half of the persons distinguished from 12 to 14 odours.
3. We compared the odour perception disorders in persons after stroke and found that improvement in the odour perception among individuals after the occupational therapy including the tasks developing odour perception, compared to the occupational therapy alone.
