Žurnalas „Lututė“ yra puikiai žinomas Lietuvos vaikams ir lengvai atpažįstamas parduotuvių
lentynose. Kadangi jis leidžiamas jau dvidešimt metų, vartotojai yra įpratę jį matyti su jo dabartiniu
dizainu, neatsižvelgiant į jo trūkumus.
Darbe trumpai pristatomas žurnalas „Lututė“, įvardijama jo tikslinė auditorija ir leidimo
kontekstas. Apžvelgiami šiuometiniai žurnalo dizaino stiliai, jame naudojamas Tutės avataras ir
maketavimo tendencijos. Šiuos savybės išskirstytos į tas, kurias reikia keisti ir tas, kurias galima
palikti atnaujintame leidinyje kaip istorinio įvaizdžio dalį.
Toliau darbe išanalizuojami projektui aktualūs analogai: vaikiški žurnalai, pelėdomis
paretmti logotipai bei emocijų išraiška vaikų multimedijoje. Šiame skyriuje aptariama, kaip galima
pateikti informaciją vaikams, nukreipti jų akis tinkama linkme ir padėti jiems suprasti ir atsiminti,
kas skaitoma. Norint sukurti kuo išraiškingesnį Tutės avatarą aptariama, kaip sėkmingiausiai
vaizduojamos veikėjų emocijos vaikams suprantamu būdu.
Meninėje darbo dalyje aptariamas projekto dizaino procesas, parodomi sėkmingi ir
nesėkmingi jo bandymai. Parodoma, kokiais žingsniais buvo pasiekti logotipo, veikėjo bei galutinio
maketo sprendimai, parodomos galutinės darbo versijos.
Technologinėje darbo dalyje aprašoma, kokiomis programomis ir priemonėmis pasiektas
darbo rezultatas. Po to aptariami galutinio projekto kaštai ir jo kaina.
Description:
The periodical „Lututė“ is a staple in the eyes of the Lithuanian consumers and children.
Because of it‘s been running for more than twenty years, people are used to seeing it as it is despite
of its flaws.
This work briefly introduces the reader to the magazine and it‘s target audience. After
discussing the current aspects of the design and layout of the periodical, the aspects of the design and
the avatar used inside are seperated into categories of which to keep as staples of the magazine and
which need to be changed or updated.
Afterwards the current market alternatives are analysed focusing on children‘s magazines,
owl based logos and characters and the depiction of emotion in children‘s media. In order to make
the new owl avatar as expressive as possible the best ways to symbolize emotions to children are
analyzed.
In the creative part of this work is a showcase of steps torwards the final product, including
the succesful and failed attempts in the process. The chapter shows how the logo, the avatar and the
final magazine was made in the final version.
At the end there is a chapter detailing the cost and price of the project and a chapter describing
the technical aspects of the design process.
