2016 m. buvo surengtas Lietuvos nevyriausybinių sporto organizacijų forumas, kurio metu
buvo priimta rezoliucija dėl nevyriausybinio sporto plėtotės Lietuvoje ir savireguliacijos.
Federacijoms suteikiama didesnė autonomija, tačiau dėl tos pačios priežasties gali iškilti viešinimo
skaidrumo problemų. Siekiant šiuos procesus valdyti, pradėtas gero valdymo principų diegimas,
kuriuo reguliuojama ir vertinama valdymo kokybę.
Description:
In 2016, a forum of Lithuanian non-governmental sports organizations was organized,
during which a resolution on the development of non-governmental sports in Lithuania and selfregulation was adopted. Federations are given more autonomy, but public transparency problems can
arise for the same reasons. As a result of managing these processes, the implementation of the
principles of good governance has begun, in which the quality of management is regulated and
assessed. The main problem of the professional BA thesis - Do the evaluation criteria valid in
Lithuania describe in sufficient detail the level of application of good management practices in sports
organizations? The aim of the professional BA thesis - After analyzing the application of good
management practices in Lithuanian federations, to submit proposals for the improvement of good
governance practices.
