Darbo metodai. Mokslinės literatūros analizė, struktūruotas interviu, anketinė apklausa.
Darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys: teorinėje dalyje yra analizuojama paieškos, atrankos ir adaptacijos procesų teoriniai aspektai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamas tyrimas bei interviu. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos rekomendacijos įmonei.

The aim of the professional BA thesis. To analyze the process of search, selection and adaptation of UAB “Triton Logistic” employees and to provide recommendations for the improvement.
Objectives of the professional BA thesis:
1. to analyze the process of employee search, selection and adaptation from the theoretical point of view;
2. to examine the search, selection and adaptation processes of UAB “Triton Logistic” employees, identifying problem areas;
3. to provide recommendations for the possibilities of improving search, selection and adaptation in UAB “Triton Logistic”.
Methods of the professional BA thesis. The analysis of scientific literature, structured interview, questionnaire survey have been applied in the research.

The structure. The thesis consists of three main parts: the theoretical part analyzes the theoretical aspects of the search, selection and adaptation processes. The analytical part of the work presents research and interviews. The project part provides recommendations for the company.
