Kiekvienos organizacijos kultūra yra skirtinga, ji susikuria iš įsitikinimų, vertybių, taisyklių ir normų, kurias pripažįsta organizacijos nariai. Organizacijos kultūra yra sudėtingas ir daugialypis reiškinys, tačiau palankiam organizacijos kultūros vystymui svarbu nuolat analizuoti ir tobulinti kultūros parametrus, kurie yra vieni svarbiausių organizacijos palaikymo aspektų.

Description of the final thesis. For leaders who are looking for good work results and
a positive attitude towards their work, a healthy microclimate in the organization, an organization
culture survey and assessment of the results is an important step in the development of a strong
organizational culture. This is especially true for healthcare institutions, because the culture of these
organizations has a direct impact not only on healthcare workers but, more importantly, on patients,
on their health.
Work problem. The success of the organization's activities is determined not only by
the good strategy, structure and precisely organized processes, but also by inner culture. In this
context, the question arises does inner culture of AB „Ortopedijos technika“ is favorable to patients
and workers and what are the possible directions of its development?
The aim of the work: to analyze the organizational culture of AB „Ortopedijos
technika“, to present its development directions.
Methods of work: analysis of theoretical, scientific, publicistic literature,
systematization and generalization, questionnaire survey, interview.
Object of the work: Organization culture of AB „Ortopedijos technika“.
Structure: Bachelor thesis consists of three parts. The first part discusses the
organizational culture and its development from a theoretical point of view. The second part
introduces AB „Ortopedijos technika“, presents the research methodology, analyzes organizational
culture parameters. The third part of the final thesis presents the evaluation and development
directions of AB „Ortopedijos technika“.
Results and recommendations. AB „Ortopedijos technika“ culture can be considered
as high enough. The company has its own logo, which distinguishes it from other organizations, has
its own history, myths and deep traditions. Patients are happy with the services they provide
because of the provision of qualified treatment and counseling. Employees have the opportunity to
improve, and they value it, employ many long-term employees, which indicates employee loyalty to
the organization. It is recommended: to update the company's website, constantly informing the
public about the company's activities, to organize courses "Communication Psychology" and
"Teamwork" for employees, to develop a system of material and non-material motivation of
employees, to periodically inform the public (press, TV) about ongoing changes, innovations,
services provided in the company. The professional bachelor thesis consists of 53 pages, 10 tables,
13 paintings, 32 literature and information sources, 3 extras.
