Darbo tema – „Gyventojų nuomonė apie kosmetikos priemonių nuo aknės įtaką odos
drėgmei“. Raktiniai žodžiai: aknė, gydymas, išsausėjimas, kosmetikos produktai nuo aknės,
drėkikliai. Naudojamos kosmetinės priemonės nuo aknės ne tik gerina odos būklę mažinant aknės
keliamas problemas, tačiau taip pat neretai turi ir šalutinių poveikių, kurių dažniausias – odos
išsausinimas, ko pasekoje oda tampa ne tik pažeista aknės, bet dar ir dehidratuota. Aknės sukeltų
odos problemų turi arba yra turėję netgi 80 proc. žmonijos. Dauguma sergančiųjų šia odos liga dėl
savo odos estetinės išvaizdos jaučia psichologinį diskomfortą, nerimo, gėdos jausmą, jaučiasi
mažiau savimi pasitikintys. Tyrimo problema - kokia gyventojų nuomonė apie kosmetikos
priemonių nuo aknės įtaką odos drėgmei? Tyrimo objektas - gyventojų nuomonė apie kosmetikos
priemonių nuo aknės įtaką odos drėgmei. Tyrimo tikslas - atskleisti gyventojų nuomonę apie
kosmetikos priemonių nuo aknės įtaką odos drėgmei. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) atskleisti aknės
sampratą, kliniką bei patogenezę; 2) aprašyti aknės pažeistos odos priežiūros ypatumus, medžiagas
bei metodus, naudojamus prieš aknę; 3) apibūdinti odos dehidrataciją bei kaip kosmetikos
priemonės nuo aknės veikia odos drėgmę; 4) įvertinti gyventojų nuomonę apie kosmetikos
priemonių nuo aknės įtaką odos drėgmei. Tyrimo metodika: 1) mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros
analizė, kurios tikslas - išsiaiškinti aknės kliniką ir patogenezę, išskirti medžiagas bei metodus,
kurie padeda gerinti aknės pažeistos odos būklę ir atskleisti, kaip priemonės nuo aknės veikia odos
drėgmę; 2) atliktas tyrimas siekiant išsiaiškinti gyventojų nuomonę apie kosmetikos priemonių nuo
aknės poveikį odos drėgmei; 3) gautų tyrimo rezultatų analizavimas. Tyrimo dalyviai: tyrimui
buvo pasirinkti ne jaunesni nei 18 metų amžiaus gyventojai, turintys aknę ant veido odos, nes šiame
kiekybiniame tyrime analizuojama gyventojų nuomonė apie kosmetikos priemonių nuo aknės įtaką
odos drėgmei. Apklausoje iš viso dalyvavo 100 tiriamųjų. Rezultatai: buvo atlikta literatūros
analizė bei vykdoma apklausa internetu. Apklausos rezultatai rodo, jog joje daugiausia dalyvavo 18-
25 metų amžiaus moterys, turinčios mišrią odą. Visi respondentai turi arba turėjo kokių nors aknės
sukeltų odos problemų. Dauguma jas bandė gydyti naudojant priemones su rūgštimis, cinku ir
arbatmedžio aliejumi. Šios minėtos medžiagos, retinolis bei vietiniai antibiotikai buvo įvardinti kaip
patys veiksmingiausi ingredientai veikiantys prieš aknę. Pagrindinis priemonių nuo aknės
sukeliamas nepageidaujamas poveikis – odos išsausėjimas, kurį dažniausiu atveju sukelia
kosmetinės priemonės su alkoholiu, rūgštimis ir vietiniais antibiotikais. O kaip veiksmingiausią
priemonę, padėjusią atkurti prarastą odos drėgmę, respondentai įvardino hialurono rūgštį, visų kitų
priemonių buvo pasirinkta kur kas mažiau.

Using cosmetic products against acne not only improves skin‘s condition by treating acne caused
problems but quite often has a side effects of which the most common is dehydration. As a
consequence skin becomes not only damaged by acne but dehydrated, too. Almost 80% of
population have or had skin issues caused by acne. Most of people that have acne might feel
psychological discomfort about esthetical look of their skin, anxiety, feeling of shame, they are less
self-confident. The problem of this study was to find out the opinion of residents using cosmetic
products against acne about it‘s influence for their skin‘s hydration? The object of this the opinion
of residents using cosmetic products against acne about it‘s influence for their skin‘s hydration.
The aim of study was to find out the opinion of residents using cosmetic products against acne
about it‘s influence for their skin‘s hydration. Research tasks: 1) to reveal a conception, clinic and
pathogenesis of acne; 2) to describe peculiarities of acne damaged skin care, what kind of
ingredients and methods are used against acne; 3) to describe skin‘s dehydration and how cosmetic
products made against acne affects skin‘s hydration; 4) to evaluate residents‘ feedback about using
cosmetic products against acne about it‘s influence for their skin‘s hydration. Methods: 1) scientific
and professional literature analysis which aim was to find out acne‘s clinic and pathogenesis, name
materials and methods, which help to improve the condition of acne-prone skin and reveal how
cosmetic products‘ against acne influences skin‘s hydration; 2) the study was conducted to find out
the residents‘ opinion of using cosmetic products against acne about it‘s influence for their skin‘s
hydration; 3) the analysis of data. Participants: the study included participants not younger than
age 18 who have facial acne, because in this quantitative research the opinion of residents was
analyzed to find out the effects of cosmetic products used against acne for skin‘s hydration. In total,
100 participants were included in current research. Results: literature analysis and survey via
Internet were conducted for this study. Survey results showed that most of participants were 18-25
years old women, who have mixed type skin. All respondents have or had some kind of skin issues
caused by acne. Majority tried treatment using products with acids, zinc or tea tree oil. All of
ingredients mentioned earlier, retinol and topical antibiotics were highlighted as the most effective
ingredients against acne. The main side effect of products using for against acne – skin dehydration
which often is caused by cosmetic products which includes alcohol, acids and topical antibiotics. As
the most effective product that helped restore skin’s hydration mentioned by respondents was
hyaluronic acid. All the other products were mentioned less times.
