Psichikos sveikatos sutrikimai yra viena iš pagrindinių sveikatos ligų grupių, o priežiūra ir profesionalus socialinis darbas tampa vis aktualesnis. Socialinis darbuotojas, kaip socialinių paslaugų teikėjas, savo profesinėje veikloje atlieka tam tikrus profesinius vaidmenis, kurie susidaro iš įvairių socialinio darbuotojo funkcijų. Vertinant asmenų, sergančių psichikos sutrikimais skaičiaus augimą, būtini išsamesni tyrimai kurie padėtu, nustatyti socialinio darbuotojo profesinius vaidmenys teikiant socialines paslaugas pirminės sveikatos priežiūros centre psichikos sutrikimus turintiems asmenims.

Social worker, as a social service provider, your profession performs certain professional roles, which is formed from a variety of social functions of the employee. The assessment of individuals, the number of patients with mental disorders of growth, the necessary detailed research that help, identify the roles of the social worker's professional in the provision of social services of primary health care centre in mental disorders. The aim of the thesis is to identify the professional roles of a social worker while providing social services at primary health care centers for people with mental problems. The objectives of the research: 1) to provide the theoretical concept of mental health; 2) to describe the professional roles of a social worker, which they carry out in their professional activity; 3) to reveal the professional roles a social worker while providing social services at primary health care centers for people with mental problems. Methods of the research. The scientific literature analysis; a questionnaire-based survey; questionnaire surveys, data analysis. Participated in the study's quantitative-28 respondents, who provide social services of primary health care center in mental problems. Results of the research. The survey results revealed, the social workers working in the primary care center with people with mental disorders the most common face to customers, as a type of psychotic and functional disorders. Respondents indicated that, the customer's needs and the treatment of people with mental disorders,the change most affects the professional roles. Most of the respondents on a daily basis and carried out by the consultant and the customer identified. The most important role of the customer's activities - identification and appropriate response to the situation. In the intermediary's role is very important, help a person (family) to obtain the necessary services. A person's family) in the assessment of the situation is a very important activity in the evaluator's professional role. Individual activities with the customer in order to reveal its potential and use it in the most important role of mobilization. The teacher's role in a very important activity, supporting the client by changing the attitude of the people. The consultant's role is very important, psychological support for the client. Most respondents
identified the hardest professional role performed by the evaluator and a mobilizing role. The most common problems faced by respondents through the primary health care center with people with mental disorders is a large number of customers and lack of teamwork.
