Šiame baigiamajame darbe apžvelgta teorinė bei praktinė darbo dalis. Išsiaiškinta cirkonio oksido kaip dantų restauracinės medžiagos savybės, kompiuterinių technologijų (CAD/CAM) pritaikymas gamybos procese, kuo ši medžiaga panaši ar skiriasi nuo kitų neišimamųju protezų medžiagų, palyginta cirkonio oksido restauracijos galimybes skirtingoms situacijoms. Praktinę darbo dalį sudarys du etapai: atlikta pilno frezuoto dantų tilto dažymas/glazūravimas siekdamas išgauti norimas spalvas ir apžvelgdamas rezultatus po degimo proceso. Kitame etape atliktau cirkonio oksido karkaso sluoksniavimas ,,Creation“ ZI-CT keramikos masėmis, siekdamas išgauti tinkamą pagal klinikinę situaciją funkcionalumą kramtymo judesiuose bei deramą estetiką

Zirconium oxide is becoming more and more frequently used material in dentistry for making fixed dental prosthetics for it's mechanical and chemical properties in restoration of human's teeth eshetics and functionality. Currently exists two zirconium oxide prosthetics restoration types - layering coping with ceramics and full anatomical, also known as monolithic, milling.
As I will be making this Bachelor's thesis, I will be reviewing both theoretical and practical aspects of this work. I will figure out zironium oxide's as a dental restorative material properties, computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) adaptation in creative proccess of fixed zirconium oxide prosthetics, how this material is similar ar different from other fixed dental prosthetics materials, I will compare zirconium oxide's restorative capability for different situations. Practical part of the thesis will consist of two stages: I will perform full anatomical milled dental bridge glazing/dying with objective to achieve proper shades and analyze the results after each firing. On the next stage I will perform zirconium oxide's layering with ,,Creation“ ZI-CT ceramics, on purpose to gain proper functionality in occlusions movements and overall eshetics for my clinical situation.
