Based on 2012 According to the National Foot Health Organization, 20% (about 44 million people), adults in the United States aged 21 and over have a hemorrhoids problem, 50%. Women have more cracks than men (Thompson, 2015). Statiscally proven, that 20 percent of all population have problems with feet (Pratt, 2017) . That's why poor condition of the feet and inaptitude to look after, more and more determines changes in walking abnormalities and increasing pains in the feet, which gives feeling of discomfort. For cosmetologist, as a specialist, who helps to maintain natural beauty of the human body is important that preventitive medicine of the feet, would have influence at the mechanism of movement and in the course improves clients psychological condition – and that will lead to a better life quality and assurance about the specialist. Work goal – reveal clients opinion about cosmetologist depths solving feet problems. Work tasks: 1. Write about feet problem signs and causes. 2. Separate feet maintenance procedures and problem solving approach. 3. Reveal clients opinion about cosmetologist depths solving feet problems. Empirical research methodology. To perform the research was chosen quantitative research questionnaire in writting. Questionaire method was sought to reveal clients opinion about cosmetologist depths solving feet problems. Respondents were selected based on unconditional accidental selection. This way were questioned 76 respondents from 18 to 76 years of age and older, visiting cosmetologists parlour. Research were done at Kaunas city „X“ beauty parlor from 2018 y. March 01 d. to 2018 y. May 01d. Results and summary. The respondents understand how to care of foot skin, but for solving all the foot problems they choose to visit not only the cosmetologist but also foes to other foot care institutions. Therefore, it is important for a specialist to choose the right tools and technologies for the procedure in order to it increases the customer's trust and create a positive outcome which determines the customer's reciprocity. The vast majority of the respondents believe that the specialists performs their procedures in a high quality and it meets the customer‘s needs. Respondents understand what causes foot problems and strive to improve the conditions of their feet which is why they choose not only comfortable footwear but also are interested in the techniques used in the procedures and the experience of the specialist.
