Simuliaciniai žaidimai – kompiuteriniai žaidimai, skirti simuliuoti realią ar įsivaizduojamą realybę. Tokio tipo žaidimai skirstomi į kelias kategorijas. Viena jų – statymo/ kūrimo ir valdymo simuliacija.
Interjero pateikimas žaidimo formatu pirmiausia yra naudingas verslininkui norinčiam pristatyti savo nekilnojamą turtą, bet taip pat ne mažiau svarbus ir patogus klientui, besirenkančiam būstą. Žaidimas suteikia galimybę interaktyviai „vaikščioti“ po projektuojamas erdves, susipažinti su interjero stiliumi, tuo pačiu, klientui pageidaujant, keisti baldus, spalvas, medžiagas. O gal net miksuoti stilius.
Todėl mano siūlomas/ kuriamas simuliacinio žaidimo principu formatas leistų nekilnojamo turto vystytojams išsamiau pristatyti projektuojamo objekto interjero koncepciją.
2017 metais kartu su komanda pasitelkėme žaidimo formatą, kad objektas taptų patrauklesnis investuotojams. Šiandien ne kiekvienas geba suvokti interjerą, matyti pagal autocad projektą: jam būtina vizualizacija. Svarbu, kad projektas patrauktų akį ir paliktų gerą pirmą įspūdį.

Structure of the work and demonstrated professional competences. In the first part
of the work I analyze what kind of interior design would be most relevant to my simulation game.
After discovering Dovilė Norkutė's work, I go deep into her biography and artwork. After turning on
the Unreal Engine 4 program, I try to get as much as possible to get to know it and look for as many
simulation game analogues as possible. I figured out how the two interior concepts in this interior
simulation game could be conveyed and what functionality should be.
In the second part of the work I start with the 3ds Max program. In this program I create
the whole interior, furniture, materials and the whole concept which I will use later in the Unreal
Engine program. Since I and my team with whom I work at 3dm studio, "Noriuinterjero.lt" already
faced with this type of project, for me it was much easier to prepare, because half of the work was
done. It was not necessary to make such functional solutions as a completely new "character" and its
programming functions, simply copying from the previous object and using it. It saved some time.
By using the Unreal Engine Data Smtih plugin, exported all furniture, walls, floors, ceilings and
materials to your gaming platform. I continue to strive to get the most natural light, and put all the
furniture, materials in their places.
In the third part of the work, when everything is ready, the "rendering" game shadows
remain. As all the shadows is rendered remain to make the final version of the game and convert it to
.exe file. You only have to click and play a simulation game of the interior.
Work methodology. In the course of this bachelor's thesis, I analyzed the literature
sources. I'm preparing technical drawings using the Autocad program. I complete the visualization
with the 3ds Max, the Corona renderer engine, and post production with Photoshop CC, in the same
way I make 360° visualization. The game is created with Unreal Engine 4, Datasmith, Blender.
