kineziterapijos su muzika;
kineziterapijos be muzikos;
3. palyginti gautus duomenis.
kineziterapija su muzika ją gerina efektyviau nei kineziterapija be muzikos (p<0,05).

activity without music;
3. compare the obtained data.
Study methods and subjects: The study involved 20 individuals ranging in age from 60 to
80 years. Respondents showed low physical activity, as well as cardiovascular system, respiratory and musculoskeletal disorders. Subjects were randomly assigned to the study and control groups. The study group received active physical activity with music and the control group without it. Sessions were held monthly, three times a week for 30 min. Before and after the study, respondents' quality of life was assessed using the SF - 36 questionnaire, anxiety and depression on the HAD scale, and sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.
Results: Comparison of the results between the groups showed that physical activity with
music did not have a statistically significant effect on quality of life and depression and anxiety (p>0.05). Comparing the quality of sleep, it was found that physical activity with music improves it more effectively than physical activity without it (p <0.05).
