Temos aktualumas: psichoemocinės būsenos stabilizavimas, kaip ir fizinis pasveikimas, yra
patirtos sportininko traumos reabilitacijos proceso dalis. Didėjant slaugytojų kompetencijai būtina plėsti
slaugytojų žinias apie potrauminį stresą, taip padedant gerinti potraumines sportininkų problemas.
Tyrimo problema: kokius sportininkai išgyvena potrauminio pobūdžio išgyvenimus ir koks jų
valdymas stacionare?
Tyrimo objektas: sportininkų potrauminiai psichoemocinio pobūdžio išgyvenimai ir jų
valdymas stacionare.
Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti sportininkų potrauminius psichoemocinio pobūdžio išgyvenimus ir jų
valdymą stacionare.
Tyrimo uždaviniai: aprašyti sportinių traumų specifiką ir jų pasekmes sportininkų
psichoemocinei savijautai; atskleisti sportininkų psichoemocinio pobūdžio išgyvenimus ankstyvuoju
potrauminiu laikotarpiu; palyginti sportininkų psichoemocinę savijautą ankstyvuoju potrauminiu
laikotarpiu pagal patirtos traumos pobūdį; nustatyti bendrosios praktikos slaugytojų indėlį gerinant
sportininkų psichoemocinę savijautą ankstyvuoju potrauminiu laikotarpiu.
Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: kiekybinis tyrimas, pusiau struktūruota apklausa raštu. Tyrimas
buvo grindžiamas retrospektyvine prieiga (vertinami reiškiniai, kurie vyko praeityje). Buvo apklausta 40
aukšto meistriškumo sportininkų, atėjusių konsultuotis ar gydytis patirtas traumas į X medicinos
konsultacijų ir reabilitacijos centrą.
Tyrimo rezultatai: tyrime dalyvavo 40 aukšto meistriškumo sportininkų, kurie buvo patyrę
traumas. Nustatyta, kad po paskutinės patirtos traumos visi tyrime dalyvavę respondentai patiria
vienokius ar kitokius psichoemocinius išgyvenimus, o traumų pobūdis turi reikšmės psichoemocinei
savijautai. Daugiau nei pusę respondentų savo savijautą, po traumos, įvertino, kaip labai prastą.
Dažniausiai respondentai išgyveno baimę dėl galimų komplikacijų, vidinę įtampą, nerimą, liūdesį, kaltės
jausmą dėl nutrūkusios sportinės veiklos. Didžioji dalis respondentų teigia, kad aplinka, bendravimas,
slaugytojų veikla ir bendravimo įgūdžiai daro teigiamą įtaką savijautai.

The importance of the research: the stabilization of the psycho-emotional condition as well as
physical recovery is the part of the rehabilitation process of an injured athlete. Increasing the competence
of nurses requires additional knowledge of post-traumatic stress as well as helping to improve posttraumatic problems in athletes.
Research problem: what kind of post-injury experiences do athletes face in the stationary and
what is their control?
The object of the research: the post-injury psycho-emotional experiences of athletes and their
control in the stationary.
The aim of the research: to evaluate the post-injury psycho-emotional experiences of athletes
and their control in the stationary.
Study tasks: to describe the specification of the sport injuries and their consequences to the
psycho-emotional well- being of the athletes; to reveal the psycho-emotional experiences of athletes at the
initial post-injury period; to compare the psycho-emotional well- being of the athletes at the initial postinjury period according to the type of injury; to evaluate the impute of nurses in order to improve the
psycho-emotional well-being of athletes at the initial post-injury period.
Research methods and subjects: quantitative research, the half –structured survey in written
form. The research has been carried out using retrospective approach (the occurrence was evaluated
which happened in the past). 40 highly trained athletes have been questioned who came to consult or have
treatment after injuries to X medical consultation and rehabilitation center.
Results of the research: the study involved 40 highly skilled athletes who had been injured. It
was found that after the last trauma all respondents had some kind of psycho-emotional experience, and
the nature of the trauma had an impact on the psycho-emotional state. More than half of the respondents
rated their post-traumatic well-being as very poor. Most of the respondents experienced fear of possible
complications, internal tension, anxiety, sadness, guilt due to interrupted sports activities. The vast
majority of respondents report that the environment, communication, nursing activities and
communication skills have a positive influence on well-being.
