The purpose of this paper is to analyze the private limited liability companies „Aiviks“:
wireless connection modernization project in Kaunas unit. This paper consists of the current situation
analysis, wireless connection standards and security measures.
During the wireless connection modernization project of „Aiviks“, the data was conducted
on the existing computer network and indoor plans.
Also the following tasks were done : wireless connection strength measurement, wireless
connection access points design, configuration and the assurance of safety. After completing the
wireless connection modernization project in „Aiviks“, the employees were assured with a stable and
high quality workstation. The new gear can be used for many years and there is no need for any other
investments, but in the future, it can be easily extended and upgraded.
