Santrauka:
Description:
Pigmentation is a recurring problem for a different age men and women. Pigmentation depends on an amount of melanin. When pigment cells and melanocytes, which produces pigment melanin disappears, a process of depigmentation observed. While decreasing an amount of pigment hypopigmentation occurs and if the amount increases — hyperpigmentation. (Zoller, N. et al. 2019). Sunbathing, skin aging, hormones and genetics are the main factors, which influences on producing melanin. (Draelos Zoe, D. & Pugliese Peter, T. 2011) Hyperpigmentation problems and disorders, such as melasma, hyperpigmentation after an inflammation or sunspots mostly are not harmful to health, but causes discomfort because of natural look. (Patricia, K. and Farris. 2014). Nowadays there many ways for the problem of pigmentation to be solved: laser treatment, mesotherapy and lightening cosmetic treatments, chemical peel procedures etc.
Purpose of the research is to find out the opinion of beauticians about chemical peels as a pigmentation problem solving method.
According to beauticians, mostly effective method of chemical peeling dealing with pigmentation are exactly alpha hydroxyl acids, because of low pH level and high concentration. Although most respondents had non-university education and can work with acids with pH level 3 and more, we can infer, that lower pH and higher concentration peels chosen because of their efficiency. Most beauticians approved lightening skin color, tone and reduced pigment spots. According to the data of this research, we can infer that chemical peels are effective dealing with pigmentation problems.
