Profesinio bakalauro darbo tema pasirinkta– „VS- fitness“ sporto ir
sveikatingumo centro darbuotojų psichologinis nesaugumas darbe. Nustatyta, kad labai mažai
žinoma apie veiksnius, darančius didžiausią įtaką darbuotojų darbui ir požiūriui. Dažniausiai
akcentuojami motyvaciniai veiksniai, tačiau tai neatsikleidžia sąsajų su psichologiniu saugumu. Net
ir motyvuotas darbuotojas gali jausti psichologinį nesaugumą organizacijoje (Hyunkang, Hyesong,
2019). Todėl norint gerinti darbuotojų darbą, svarbu įsiaiškinti kokiose situacijose jaučiamas
didžiausias psichologinis nesaugumas.

The main problem: How to reduce employees stress and psychological insecurity in “VS – Fitness” sports and wellness center? The aim of the work: Identify employees stress and psychological insecurity problems of the “VS – Fitness” sports and wellness center and create recommendations how to reduce it. Methods of the work: Analysis of scientific literature, interview. The structure: In theoretical part analysed psychological insecurity and stress at work, factors and consequences. In practical part of the work results, recommendations and conclusions. Results of work: Respondents identified the most problematic things of psychological insecurity and stress: lack of information, customer dissatisfied and personal characteristics. It was determined that employees of the sports organization don’t have tendency to talk about stress or psychological insecurity at workplace. Recommendations: Makeone more research,deeper to find out personal characteristics of employees, improve communication inside workplace, plan more your work and time.
