Relevence of topic. Scientists carried out a research project across 1035 teenagers in largest cities in Lithuania. Results showed that 74.5% interviewed had tooth decay issues (according to Milčiuvienė ir kt., 2004). High number of tooth decay issues are caused by lack of knowledge and skills (Matulaitienė ir Šriupšaitė, 2017). Meanwhile adults maintain and take best care of oral hygiene between all age groups. They also see dentist regarding tooth decay less often that others. Although because of lack of knowledge they more often have to see the dentist to check periodontal issues (Andruškevičienė, 2017).
