Baigiamajame darbe teorinėje dalyje buvo atliekama sandėliavimo procesų analizė, kokie procesai vyksta sandėliuose, kokios klaidos pasitaiko sandėliavimo procesuose bei kokie metodai padeda spręsti sandėlio procesuose iškylančias klaidas. Analitinėje dalyje buvo aprašomi atlikto tyrimo rezultatai, atliekama įmonės procesų analizė, išsiaiškinama dažniausiai pasitaikančios klaidos įmonės sandėliavimo procesuose bei atliekama situacijų analizė. Projektinė dalyje pateikiami siūlymai sandėlio procesų gerinimui bei žingsniai pagal kurios siūlymai turėtų būti vykdomi.

The BA thesis presents the analysis of warehousing processes of UAB "Omikron", the most commonly encountered problems in warehousing processes, what causes them and methods of correcting these errors. It also describes how to best integrate new models, which will help optimize the storage processes in the company. This paper is relevant as most processes in the enterprise are not fully operational, so the problem process locations can improve the efficiency of the processes. The problem analyzed in this paper is the fact that warehousing processes have inaccuracies and unnecessary steps in them, thus prolonging processes and causing the potential for errors. The aim of the work is to analyze the storage system and adapt modern solutions to the needs of UAB "Omikron". An online search, as well as information search in Lithuanian and foreign literary publications and scientific articles was used during the work, as well as an interview. In the theoretical part, an analysis of warehouse processes was carried out, what processes are taking place in warehouses, what errors occur in warehousing processes, and what methods help to solve errors occurring in warehouse processes. The analytical part describes the results of the research carried out, analyzes the company's processes, identifies the most common mistakes in the company's warehousing processes and analyzes the situation. The project part presents suggestions for improvement of warehouse processes and steps according to which proposals should be implemented. The paper concludes that the main processes with the most errors are the storage and order picking processes, the situation analysis analyzes which storage models are best suited for solving the main problems and offers suggestions for the implementation of the fore mentioned warehouse models.
