Santrauka:
Buvo nagrinėjamos galimos šoninių dantų protezavimo užklotais galimybės. Užklotai gali būti gaminami iš ličio disilikato, sluoksniuojamos stiklo keramikos, tauraus ir netauraus metalo, cirkonio oksido, kompozitų bei plastmasės. Praktiškai išanalizuoti ličio disilikato bei sluoksniuotos stiklo keramikos užklotai.
Description:
This final work is about a variety of techniques for making overlays, both through the scientific literature and through the use of a professional techniques from the technical point of view. This work consists of two parts. The first part is about the scientific literature about overlay making possibilities. The second part describes the stages of restotation production .1. Theoretically, the potential opportunities for overlays has been analyzed and it has been found that overlays can be made of lithium disilicate, glass ceramics, metal, gold, plastic, zirconium oxide and composites. However, it has been discovered that restorations of glass ceramics and lithium disilicate are most appropriate comparing to others. These materials meet the requirements of modern dentistry, have excellent aesthetic and physical properties, are homogeneous, which allows to conserve the health of the human mouth.
Two different techniques of restoration have been made: lithium disilicate and glass ceramic onlays. With the laminated glass ceramics it is possible to restore the maximum aesthetic that corresponds to the teeth in the mouth. However, due to the reduced resistance to biting and splitting of laminated glass ceramics, as well as the more complex and time-consuming manufacturing process, it was concluded that lithium disilicate restorations are more suitable for the restoration of lateral teeth.
