Restorane „Charlie pizza“, įsikūrusiame Ispandijos pl. 32, Kaune, atliktas užsakomasis darbas, kur įmonės vadovė siekė išsiaiškinti, kokiais patiekalais būtų galima pakeisti nepaklausius patiekalus, atsižvelgiant į lankytojų lūkesčius. Vadovaujantis šiuo tikslu - atlikta ir išanalizuota anketinė apklausa bei pateikti gauti tyrimo duomenų rezultatai. Atsižvelgiant į lankytojų nuomonę, sudarytas naujas valgiaraštis, naujų patiekalų technloginės, savikainos kortelės, žaliavų kiekio suvestinė. Darbe aprašyta nuosekliai vykusi veikla, sudaryta valdymo schema, paskaičiuotos tyrimo išlaidos ir pateiktos išvados bei rekomendacijos.

The contracted research was conducted in the restaurant “Charlie Pizza” located at 32 Islandijos pl., Kaunas. The manager of the company aimed to ascertain which dishes could be replaced taking into account visitors' needs. Following this aim, a survey and the analysis of its results was conducted, and the results of the study were provided. Considering visitors' opinions, a new menu, as well as the technological and cost spreadsheets of the new dishes, have been developed. The quantity of raw materials has also been estimated. The Thesis consistently describes the activities performed, provides the management scheme,estimates the costs of the study and provides conclusions and recommendations.
The research carried out is real and useful; therefore, the dishes made can be introduced to
clients.
The Thesis consists of 47 pages and includes 12 tables, 9 pictures, 15 references, 11 annexes.
