Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje darbo dalyje, bus nagrinėjama ikiteisminio tyrimo
samprata bei struktūra, taip pat atskiri ikiteisminio tyrimo veiksmai bei jų taktiniai ypatumai,
leidžiantys atskleisti padarytas nusikalstamas veikas. Praktinėje darbo dalyje bus analizuojami
ikiteisminio tyrimo veiksmų atlikimo praktinės problemos, taip pat bus aptariama ikiteisminio tyrimo
tyrėjų apklausa apie ikiteisminio tyrimo problemas, bus pateikiami rezultatai bei aiškinamasi dėl
kokių priežasčių daugiausia problemų kylą pačiame ikiteisminiame tyrime.

Work structure. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the concept and structure of pretrial investigation will be analyzed, as well as separate actions of pre-trial investigation and their
tactical peculiarities allowing to reveal the criminal acts committed. The practical part of the work
will analyze the practical problems of pre-trial investigation activities, as well as will discuss the pretrial investigation of pre-trial investigation researchers, the rezults will be presented and the reasons
for the most problems in the pre-trial investigation.
