Santrauka:
Description:
Relevance of the topic. Youthful acne are most common dermatological disease which is in an eigth place among commonly occuring chronic diseaseses, which affects individuals between 12 and 25 ages (Rutale, 2018). Chemical scrubs are least affecting cosmetic procedure for youthful acne treatment (Picardo, 2017). Therefore, it is important to consider methods and effectiveness of different chemical scrubs complex: salicylic and azelain acids regarding eliminating youthful acne and their residual effects. Problematics of the study. What kinf of effect is faced by eliminating problems caused by youthful acne and their residual effects. Research object. Effect of chemical scrubs by eliminating youthful acne problems and their residul effects. Aim. To determine the effect of chemical scrubs by eliminating problems caused by youthful acne and their residual effects. Tasks. 1. To describe theoretically appearance and signs of youthful acne and their residual effects. 2. To define diferrent types of chemical scrubs and their activity. 3. To compare the effect of chemical scrubs by eliminating youthful acne and their residual effects. Methods of the research and their purposes: 1. Analysis of scientific literature; 2. Qualitive research (experiment); 3. Statistical data analysis. Results and conclusions. Chemical peels acting in epidermis penetrate the pores, disinfect them, break down the intracellular connections, regain the clogged canal of the sebaceous glands and open the pores, therefore, the amount of rashes decreases, the exfoliation of the corneal layer takes place, the epidermis (stratum corneum) begins to thicken, because in the skin intense regenerative changes occur. Following the course of procedures with the azalean and salicylic acid complex and salicylic acid, it was found that the effect of both chemical peels on the reduction of induced rashes and their subsequent residual effects was positive. The amount of open and closed comedones with both chemical peels decreased uniformly, and the bactericidal effect of the azalean and salicylic acid complex on propionic bacteria had a greater effect on inflammatory rash elements than solely salicylic acid. The parameters of moisture content, melanin level, pore sizes, stains and acne parameters varied evenly, but the azelain and salicylic acid complex was more effective and the keratin level in both groups normalized evenly and the results did not differ. The salicylic acid chemical peel from the facial skin was better tolerated during the procedure than the azelain and salicylic acid complex after the procedure.
