The study involved 4 social workers working with women who have experienced domestic violence. Conclusion of the study. In the opinion of the social workers who participated in the study, mediation activities in providing social services to women who have experienced domestic violence are important. The survey found that, through mediation between the client and his relatives, the informants seek to establish a support network for a victim of domestic violence. The participants of the study, mediating between the victim and various institutions, seek material support, accommodation services, legal and psychological assistance for the woman. The research revealed that informants rarely mediate between a woman and an abuser, but only when needed helps the woman to communicate with the perpetrator for document management. Researchers face competition between institutions, non-division of responsibilities, a superficial approach to violence, women avoiding providing information to relatives about their problems, and emotional exhaustion. According to informants, in order to improve mediation work with women who have experienced domestic violence, it is appropriate to strengthen interinstitutional cooperation.
