Santrauka:
Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoji – teorinė dalis, skirta literatūros analizei, antroji – empirinio tyrimo darbo metodams ir organizavimui, trečioji – tyrimo rezultatams ir darbo išvadoms. Tyrimo metu buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti fiziškai aktyvių 20 – 30 metų vyrų maitinimosi ypatumus. Tyrime dalyvavo 157 20 – 30 metų fiziškai aktyvūs vyrai. Tiriamasis darbas buvo atliktas naudojant internetinę anoniminę anketinę apklausą, kurią sudarė 30 atvirojo ir uždarojo tipo klausimų. Iš gautų rezultatų galima daryti išvadą, kad fiziškai aktyvių, mityba yra subalansuota, įvairi, o maitinimosi įpročiai tinkamai suformuoti.

Research relevance: constantly experienced physical exertion without balanced diet can bring opposite results – poor organism recovery and well – being, lack of energy so it is important to know how to correctly eat to guarantee that physical activity would provide most benefit.

Short description:
Empirical research methodology: investigative work was done using online anonymous questionnaire. Questionnaire was made of 30 open and closed typo questions. In open type questions answers was given while in closed type questions respondents needed to wrote answers by themselves. Questionnaire was online and it was sharing in social medias. Nominal and rank scales was used in questionnaire.
Subjects: in survey was involved physical active 20 – 30 years old men. Subjects was selected by random selection method. Survey was completing in March and April.
Conclusions:
1. Physical active men eats more than 4 times a day, do not skip breakfast, follows sugar intake quantity in day ration. Physical active men nutrition is balanced, various and eating habits correctly formed.
