Darbą sudaro įvadas, kuriame suformuluota tyrimo problema, pateiktas darbo aktualumas, tikslas, uždaviniai, tyrimo objektas, tyrimo metodai ir tiriamųjų charakteristika. Darbas suskirstytas į du skyrius: literatūros analizę, kurios paskirtis - metodologiškai pagrįsti tiriamąją darbo dalį ir tiriamojo darbo dalis, kurioje pateikta empirinio tyrimo metodika ir rezultatų analizė, išryškinanti studentų patirtį galvos skausmo gydymosi NVNU patirtį. Darbe pateiktos darbo išvados, literatūros sąrašas, santraukos lietuvių ir užsienio kalbomis, 2 priedai. Darbo apimtis 42 puslapių, pateikta 7 lentelės, 10 paveikslų, 2 priedai, panaudotos literatūros sąrašą sudaro 43 mokslinių publikacijų, tarp jų 35 publikacijos užsienio kalba.

Headache is one of the most common society problems the first option for treating a headache are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAIDs). They also have antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. In Lithuania medicine use is constantly increasing. As medicine use is increasing, the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). ADRs of NSAIDs usually occurs in gastrointestinal tract, kidney and cardiovascular disorders. The aim of this pharmacy study is to reveal Kauno college pharmacy technicians students’ knowledge in headache relieve NSAIDs medicine. Exercise 1, theoretically explain headache cause problems, irresponsible use of NSAIDs medicine from inflammation outcomes. Exercise 2, explain pharmacy specialist role, giving citizens pharmacy service in pharmacy, patients acquiring non-prescription medicine. Exercise 3, find out students headache pain relieving NSAIDs medicine experience. The study is using theoretical scientific literature analysing method, with it to review scientific articles, books and other literature associated with chosen study subject and empirical analysis method, of which questionnaire search method was sought to highlight students experience on headache pain treatment with NSAIDs medicine. In the survey of Kaunas college pharmacy technicians study there was 91 students that participated from first, second, third course. The study results showed, that self-medication between students is popular. Bigger piece of respondent after occurring headache pain ask parents with medical leaflet, however rarely read all information on leaflet, possible adverse drugs reactions, 1 tenth of respondent don’t understand all text on the medical leaflet. Provided consultation in pharmacy not always corresponds to students expectations, for headache pain relieve students mostly chose NSAIDs medicine such as ibuprofen, paracetamol, however has not enough knowledge about NSAIDs medicine use and safety. When headache pain appears becoming pharmacy specialist use same NSAIDs medicine correctly for different pain reliever, most headache pain treat with medicine but also others pain relieving measures. .
