Tyrimu atskleidžami asmenų, priskirtų širdies ir kraujagyslių ligų didelės rizikos grupei, veiksmai ir jų nuomonė apie slaugytojų edukacinę veiklą, mažinant galvos smegenų insulto riziką.

Relevance of the topic. Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania “On the Lithuanian Medical Standard MN 57: 2011“ Community Nurse. Rights, Duties, Competence and Responsibility “Approval,” indicates that community nurses must educate individuals on healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and health promotion and education. Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania November 25 by Order No. V-913 states that the Republic of Lithuania finances a preventive program aimed at reducing the incidence of acute cardiovascular syndromes such as transient ischemic attack or cerebral infarction.
The aim of the thesis. Reveal patients' attitudes to cerebral stroke prophylaxis in x community.
Tasks of the thesis: To define brain stroke and its risk factors; Describe the actions of patients with risk factors for stroke, brain function, and nursing activities that help reduce the risk of stroke; To reveal the educational activities of nurses to reduce the risk of stroke in patients; Determine the lifestyle actions of patients at risk of stroke to reduce the risk of stroke;
Description of the thesis. The bachelor's final thesis consists of a theoretical part based on literature and information. Quantitative research method was chosen for the practical part of the work, anonymous questionnaire was created, the results of the research were presented, conclusions and recommendations were presented.
Research methodology and contingent of subjects. The survey uses an anonymous questionnaire consisting of 21 questions. During the study, 60 respondents were interviewed at X Primary Health Care Center.
Results and conclusions. The most important risk factors for stroke are hypertension, overweight, unhealthy diet, low physical activity, high alcohol consumption, smoking. The risk of stroke can be reduced by changing lifestyle and reducing risk factors. Nurses at risk of stroke may help in their educational activities. The survey revealed that the majority of respondents learn about the preventive program from medical staff. More than half of the respondents felt that information about the cardiovascular disease prevention program being carried out and the brain stroke were provided by the nurse. The survey revealed that a large proportion of respondents are planning to participate in the cardiovascular disease prevention program every year.
