Conclusions
1. There was a change in the cooperation between doctors and nurses. Cooperation is becoming an increasingly important part of the work of medical personnel, with increasing attention to improving the quality of medical services.
2. Cooperation between nurses and doctors in medicine has become more important for two reasons. One of them is the change in the role of nurses with new responsibilities. Another reason why cooperation between doctors and nurses has become more important is the changed attitude to human health problems. The problems are said to be complex and require teamwork to solve them. All this encourages the creation of a unifying environment between the doctor and the nurse.
3. From the point of view of doctors, cooperation between the nurse and the doctor is most beneficial to the patient, but also to the organization. They say that they can always express their opinion to nurses and look at the information provided critically, analyze it, usually change information and solve problems orally, and decisions are taken jointly with the nurse. Nurses believe that cooperation is beneficial to the patient. Most nurses think that they can usually give their opinion to doctors, usually exchange oral information, and look at the information they receive critically, but even ¼ of nurses do not analyze the information they
receive from doctors and simply appoint appointments. It seems to the nurse that decisions are made by a doctor.
4. Nurses and doctors have different approaches towards cooperation. Differently understand the concept of cooperation and the benefits of cooperation. A different approach to what matters most in terms of cooperation and work efficiency. A completely different approach to pay as a means of motivating cooperation. There is an opposite view of one-way communication.
