It is argued that "the principles are like the backbone of the legal system, they make it logical and consistent. It is the basis of the legal system. Proper perception of principles and their identification are very important in the application and interpretation of legal norms in determining the essence of the rule of law. The essential principles in this work are those principles that aim to protect individuals from psychological violence in the work environment. Naming these principles as "essential" is due to their exclusive emphasis on the Social Model project. Investigation of the problem. This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem, which is related to the implementation of the essential principles of labour law in labour relations. Research object. The establishment of the essential principles of labor relations in the new Labour Code. The objective of the work. To analyse the essential principles of labor relations and their changes in the new Labour Code. Work tasks: 1. to analyse the concept and development of labour relations and principles; 2. to examine the main content of the essential principles of labour relations and the changes in the regulation of these relations; 3. to analyze the remedies of damaged labour rights. The structure of the final work. The final bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three main parts, conclusions and references. The first part discusses and presents the conception and development of the principles of labour relations. The second part analyses, compares, summarizes the essential principles of labour relations. The third part of this thesis deals with ways of defending labour rights. Conclusions and suggestions are presented at the end of the professional bachelor thesis. The main findings. Principles of labour law are the basic principles, ideas expressing the essence of regulation of specific labour relations regulation and the goals of state policy in order to achieve the functioning of the labour market, efficient use of labour force and organization of work. The principles in the new Labour Code aim to protect a person not only from physical but also psychological danger. Changes do not ensure full implementation of the principles of labor relations.
