Teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjama paslaugos samprata, paslaugos pagrindinės savybės, paslaugų plėtra.
Analitinėje dalyje analizuojamos UAB „Aclean LT“ teikiamos paslaugos, šios organizacijos veiklos analizė, bei prognozuojama galima paslaugų plėtra.
Projektinėje dalyje analizuojamos naujų paslaugų įvedimo galimybės.
Pateikiamos darbą apibendrinančios išvados ir pasiūlymai.

Rarely during the installation of new services is increasingly unsatisfactory customer desires and just installing new services more accessible, so before you begin to create new service projects are necessary for detailed planning and analysis of costs, risks, and the consequences.
The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - insufficient growth in sales. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - analyze the services provided by UAB „Aclean LT” and foreknow services for the development of services. The structure of the Bachelor Paper. The Paper consists of three parts. In the theory part the notion and main features of a service are researched, development of services. In the analytic part UAB “Aclean LT” services are analyzed, as well as this organization’s activity, and possible service development is predicted. In the project part the possibilities of new services’ introduction are analyzed. Conclusions and suggestions are presented. The introduction of new services is a long process, requiring the analysis of a company’s possibilities, which could be carried out only based on market researches and future clients’ opinion about these new services. The work consists of 44 pages, 11 tables, 18 pictures, 19 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.
