Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjamos įvairių autorių nuomonės apie logistiką, lyginami apibrėžimai, o taip pat analizuojama motyvacijos sąvoka ir teoriniai skirtingų autorių modeliai. Antroje dalyje pateikiama įmonės UAB ,,Gama” charakteristika. Trečioje dalyje teikiami pasiūlymai darbuotojų rotacijos mažinimui ir veiklos tobulinimui.

Bachelor thesis describes theoretical, analytical and design parts. The analysis of motivational modelling of the hypothesized research and offers are presented. It is not necessary to improve the performance so that logistic activities can be used by the company to provide motivation measures for employees. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – what kind motivation tolls of employees of UAB ’Gama’ are the most important to reduce their rotation? The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – improvement of the operation of the transport department performing and applying motivation models of the store UAB ,,Gama“. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): analyzing the activities of UAB ‘Gama’ presenting the suggestions for the motivation of the system improvement. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – scientific information collection, literature, internet sources and employee surveys. The structure – the theoretical part of the final work analyzes number of author’s views on logistics, evaluation of definitions, as well as analyzes the concept of motivation and theoretical models of different authors. The second part introduces the history, activities of the company UAB ‘Gama’. The third part presents the proposals for reducing employee rotation and improvement of work by connecting it with the first parts of work. The results/conclusions: after analysing the company work, motivational models and after research done, main problems are excluded and motivational model is presented as the main motivational tool, which can motivate employees and improve the work quality of transport sector. Short suggestions/recommendations: performance of material and not material motivation models. The work consists of 54 pages, 9 tables, 25 pictures, 35 references and sources of information, 1 appendice.
