In this work, the possibilities of establishing an international cargo transportation company are presented in the theoretical, analytical and project aspects. The actuality of the company's work is defined for several reasons: due to the need of the international cargo transportation company and the self-realization of the founder of the company, and the implementation of the value creation needs. Examining the opportunities for setting up this business is important in order to determine if the establishment is real and non-destructive. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis): In Lithuania the cargo transportation business is not completely filled up, but it should be emphasized that the international position of the company is not important. The company being established will be engaged in the carriage of partial and small cargoes, thus reducing competition with large carriers. Considering the availability of these goods on the stock exchanges, the need for such a service is noted. The aim of the (professional BA thesis): to evaluate the possibilities of establishing a cargo transportation company in Lithuania. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): to analyze and evaluate the international activity of the cargo transportation company in Lithuania, determine whether the activities of the company being established will be profitable. Methods of the (professional BA thesis): scientific literature analysis, statistical analysis, document analysis. The structure: the first part of the paper analyzes the determinants of business creation in the theoretical aspect, forms of business organization, sources of business financing in Lithuania, legal regulation of business creation. The analytical part of the work presents the research methodology, analyzes the external and internal operating environment, conducts market analysis and assessment of business environments, as well as analysis of the cargo transportation company's need. The project part presents specific solutions related to the possibilities of establishing a cargo transportation company, provides financial calculations for the establishment of a business enterprise. The results: after analyzing the theoretical aspects, after conducting the interview, the financial calculations and forecasts are planned, and it is planned to establish an international cargo transportation company. After performing all calculations in the design part, the company is expected to become profitable. When establishing a freight transport company, only the funds of a self-employed person will be used for business financing. The company must provide a high quality service, as there is a very high level of competition in this area. In order for the work to proceed smoothly, the employees have to acquire the necessary exprtise. The work consists of 70 pages, 17 tables, 5 pictures, 56 references and sources of information, 5 appendices.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo pirmoje dalyje analizuojami verslo kūrimą lemiantys veiksniai teoriniu aspektu, verslo organizavimo formos, verslo finansavimo Lietuvoje šaltiniai, verslo kūrimo teisinis reglamentavimas. Analitinėje darbo dalyje yra pateikta tyrimo metodika, išanalizuojamos išorinės ir vidinės įmonę veikiančios aplinkos, atliekama rinkos analizė ir verslo aplinkų įvertinimas, taip pat krovinių pervežimo įmonės poreikio analizė. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami konkretūs sprendimai susiję su krovinių pervežimo įmonės steigimo galimybėmis, pateikiami finansiniai skaičiavimai verslo įmonės steigimui.	en_US
