Kaunas College, Medicine faculty, department of Rehabilitation. Kaunas 2018 - 44 page. Work strategy. To evaluate children with cerebral palsy by using perception abnormalities and to correct them with occupational therapy. Work tasks. 1. To evaluate the children with cerebral paralysis of perception of perioperative disorders by using occupational therapy. 2. To evaluate the children with cerebral palsy independence before occupational therapy. 3. To evaluate the children with cerebral palsy, disturbances in perception and self- sufficiency by using occupational therapy. Methodology. The study was conducted from 2018-02-05 to 2018-03-09 Kaunas special school. The study was approved by the Biochemistry Commission of Kaunas College (2017-1222). The study attended 15 children with cerebral palsy. In the course of the study, a written consent of the child’s parents / foster parents was required and the consent form was submitted to them. All the parents of the children who participated in the study agreed that their children would be included in the study and volunteered signed a personal consent form. The quantitative type of research was selected for the purpose of the study. Two tests were used: “Touch Inventory for Elementary School-aged Children” and “The Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFim)”. The analysis of the result of the study was used ‘’Microsoft Office Excel’’. Results. After the study, we found that some of the reactions in the perception of the child were reduced after the introduction of occupational therapy, some of the reaction was heavier and some remained unchanged. The self-sufficiency of the children after occupational therapy stayed the same like before occupational therapy. Deductions. 1. The children with cerebral palsy, disturbances of perception of the subject, before the introduction of occupational therapy, is most pronounced when choosing clothes, performing activities with fingers and having physical contact. 2. The children with cerebral palsy, self-sufficiency before occupational therapy was modified independence. 3. After the introduction of occupational therapy in a child with cerebral palsy, some of the impairment decreased, the level of independence remained unchanged.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tyrimo tikslas - įvertinti vaikų, sergančių cerebriniu paralyžiumi, lietimo suvokimo sutrikimus ir jų kaitą, taikant ergoterapiją. Tyrime dalyvavo 15 vaikų, sergančių cerebriniu paralyžiumi. Buvo naudojami du vertinimo instrumentai: 1. Lietimo sutrikimų vertinimo testas - lietimo suvokimo sutrikimams vertinti. 2. Vaikų funkcinio savarankiškumo testas (WeeFim) – savarankiškumui įvertinti. Rezultatų analizei buvo naudotas Microsoft Office Excel 2003 m. programa. Rezultatuose išnagrinėjome vaikų, sergančių cerebriniu paralyžiumi, lietimo suvokimo sutrikimų ir savarankiškumo kaitą, po ergoterapijos užsiėmimų. Išvados: 1. Vaikų, sergančių cerebriniu paralyžiumi, lietimo suvokimo sutrikimai prieš ergoterapijos užsiėmimus stipriausiai pasireiškė renkantis aprangą, atliekant veiklas su pirštai ir esant fiziniam kontaktui. 2. Vaikų, sergantys cerebriniu paralyžiumi, buvo savarankiškesni, tačiau užduotims atlikimui reikėjo daugiau laiko. 3. Po ergoterapijos užsiėmimų vaikų, sergančių cerebriniu paralyžiumi, lietimo suvokimo sutrikimai pasirenkant aprangą, atliekant veiklas su pirštais ir esant fiziniam kontaktui, sumažėjo, savarankiškumas nepakito.	en_US
