The article provides the necessary information for the production of blueberries, is being investigated in the market of Silute and its future competitors, and provides calculations on how to implement a blueberry plantation. The production of blueberries is characterized by increasing demand, and blueberries are especially beneficial for the human organism. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) - Nowadays, the amount of whortleberry grown in Lithuania is not satisfying the needs of consumers. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - After revealing possibilities of non-traditional agricultural development in Lithuania, to prepare a project for the establishment of a whortleberry farm in Šilutė district. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey, exploratory research and analysis of secondary data. The structure – The theoretical part describes the concept of agriculture, peculiarities of whortleberry, theoretical analysis of the business environment, establishment and financing of the economy. The analytical part examines the business environment, competitors, analyzes the results of the research. The practical part describes the project for growing whortleberry, details the possible marketing actions after establishing a farm, and presents a financial plan. The work consists of 51 pages, 17 tables, 9 pictures, 36 references and sources of information, 2 appendices.	en
