The supervisor of the final paper - lecturer Inga Stravinskienė, University of Applied Science, Faculty of Management and Economics, Department of Business Management. The topic that is analysed in the final paper is relevant for JSC „Vilnius Travel Service“. Nowadays, in such market conditions it is getting harder for small companies to survive an increasing competition. The success and competitiveness of the company depends on the efficiency of its activity, and efficiency depends on the management of the company. In order to make the process of incoming tourism more efficient, it is offered to change the functional management into the process approach management. After the introduction of the process management, the efficiency of the incoming tourism service process would increase and the quality of the service would improve. The problem that is being analysed in this paper. The management of the incoming tourism processes at JSC “Vilnius Travel Service” is inefficient, therefore the quality of this service is decreasing and the costs are increasing. The aim of the paper – to analyse the efficiency of the process management of incoming tourism at JSC “Vilnius Travel Service” and to provide recommendations how to increase it. Methods – analysis of the scientific literature, questionnaire, interview, statistic data analysis. The structure of the paper - in the theoretical part, the concept of process and business process management, business process management methods is discussed. The research results are provided in the analytic part of the paper. The project part of the paper includes the recommendations how to increase the efficiency of the management of the incoming tourism processes at “Vilnius Travel Services”. The final part of the paper includes conclusions and suggestions. The results of the paper - the study revealed that in the current management of JSC "Vilnius Travel Service" incoming tourism service, the process does not work as an integrated system. The lack of the process approach does a negative influence on the process of the incoming tourism service as well as the quality service of the incoming tourism. In order to make the incoming tourism management process effective in the company, the functional management of the company should be changed to process approach management, the existing processes should be reviewed and improved, and it is important to rely on the LEAN method tools: the Kaizen Teian method of obtaining employee offers, the DCCA, the 5W = 1H method , visualization, process standardization, 5S method, Gembas method. dc.description.abstract Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas procesų valdymo efektyvumo didinimas, Lean metodų taikymas įmonėje teoriniame kontekste ir praktikoje. Aptarti procesinio valdymo metodų ypatumai (samprata, kokybės vadybos metodai, procesų efektyvumo didinimas). Nagrinėtas Lean metodo pritaikymas įmonėje. Atkreiptas dėmesys į kokybės vadybos reikšmę ir jų diegimo galimybes nedidelėse įmonėse. Vertinant įmonės atvykstamojo turizmo procesų valdymo efektyvumą atliktas empirinis tyrimas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius procesinio požiūrio valdymo metodų aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir pasiūlymai. en_US
