dc.description	Importance of the topic: In the work and activities of a social worker, stress is a very common factor. It can cause physical, psichological and emotional disorders to the worker. In order to improve the quality of social service at foster care homes it is necessary to make a research for what are the main reasons that cause stress for social workers and what methods should be used to decrease stress. Practical importance of the research: The results of research can be used by the administration of foster care home. That would make it easier to identify the causes of stress experienced by social workers. Aim of the work: To establish the causes of stress that social workers experience working in foster care home. Object of the work: The causes of stress that social workers experience working in foster care home. Question of the work: What are the causes of stress that social workers experience working in foster care home? Tasks of the research: 1. To define the conception of stress. 2. To exclude the psichosocial features of kids that are growing in foster care home. 3. To describe the activities of social workers who work in foster care home. 4. To identify the causes of stress that social workers experience if foster care home. Methodology of the work: Theoretical analysis of literature sources; survey; analysis of the date of the survey. Type of the research: Quantitave descriptive analysis. Non – probabilistic convenient target survey. The results of the survey proved that social workers who work in foster care homes suffers stress because of high work load, lack of collaboration between institutions, lack of teamwork between social workers when moved to work in flats with wards. Also, providing social support - preparing an individual social ward plan, communicating with the wards relatives and other.	en
dc.description.abstract	Socialinio darbuotojo darbe ir veikloje stresas yra labai dažnai pasireiškiantis veiksnys, kuris įtakoja darbuotojo fizinę, psichologinę ar emocinę būklę ir gali sukelti įvairių komplikacijų. Norint pagerinti socialinių paslaugų teikimo kokybę dirbant vaikų globos namuose, privalu ištirti, kas įtakoja socialinių darbuotojų stresą ir kaip būtų galima jį sumažinti.	en_US
