dc.description	Relevance of the topic. After World Health Organization published the COVID-19 as a worldwide pandemic in 2020, most countries excepted the law which states that wearing protective face masks is important to lower the spread of the virus through the air (WHO, 2020). After wearing a mask for a long time skin problems might occur or the existing ones get worse (Giacalone ir kt., 2021). This subject is very important to people who are required to wear disposable face masks and after pro longed wearing experience skin reaction. Study issue. Cosmetologists opinion about the ways to solve facial skin problems caused by wearing protective face masks Study object. Cosmetologists opinion about the ways to solve facial skin problems caused by wearing protective face masks The purpose of the study. To reveal the cosmetologists opinion about the ways to solve facial skin problems caused by wearing protective face masks The objectives of the study: 1. To provide the definition of the face masks, their type, and make-up materials, as well as to learn about the negative impact of the protective mask on the skin. 2. To discuss problems that were caused by the protective face masks and reveal the solutions. 3. To identify the final perspective on the face mask’s impact on people’s sin provided by the cosmetology professionals. Methodology and subjects of the study. In order to complete the study, the scientific and professional literature analyses have been done, as well as anonymous questionary’s results have been collected in order to support the study. In the interest of revealing the professional’s views on protective mask’s effects on people’s skin and their solutions, the quantitative research has been done by using the results that have been collected from the online anonymous questionary https://www.google.com/forms/about/. The study took place in 2021 February 15 – April 3. In order to receive accurate results 50 cosmetology professionals provided their answers. Study participants were selected probalistic simple random sampling. The questionary has been made out of 21 semi – closed type questions. The received results have been processed by using Microsoft Excel 2013 program. Results and conclusions of the study. During this study has been found that the clients who have oily or problematic skin do deal with skin couperosis, and simple acne problems. In order to solve the couperosis problems, most of the responders said that the cosmetic procedures would be the most effective solution while dealing with such a skin issue, it was also mentioned that it would make the capillary walls stronger as well as it is inflammatory. In case of the problem of acne vulgaris, mechanical skin cleansing or chemical scrubbing are usually chosen, with the possibility of combining them. During the procedures respondents usually choose measures thet have anyi – inflammatory and antibacterial properties. In case of inflammatory skin conditions respondents recommend a visit to a dermatologist. Respondents also provide recommendations on skin deteriorating factors, wearing protective face masks and other additional recommendations.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. 2020 m. Pasaulio sveikatos organizacijai paskelbus COVID-19 pasaulinę pandemiją, daugumoje pasaulio valstybių įsigaliojo privalomas kaukės dėvėjimas ne tik sveikatos priežiūros darbuotojams bet ir plačiajai visuomenei, siekiant sumažinti viruso plitimą oro lašeliniu būdu (WHO, 2020). Ilgą laiką dėvint apsaugines kaukes gali pasireikšti naujais atsiradusios arba paūmėjusios odos problemos (Giacalone ir kt., 2021). Tai aktualus klausimas žmonėms, kuriems yra privalomas veido apsaugos priemonių dėvėjimas ir dėl jų naudojimo patiria naujai atsiradusias arba paūmėjusias odos problemas. Tyrimo problema. Kosmetologų nuomonė apie apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo sukeltų odos problemų sprendimo būdus. Tyrimo objektas. Kosmetologų nuomonė apie apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo sukeltų odos problemų sprendimo būdus. Tyrimo tikslas. Atskleisti kosmetologų nuomonę apie apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo sukeltų odos problemų sprendimo būdus. Tyrimo uždaviniai. 1. Aprašyti apsauginių veido kaukių paskirtį, rūšis, sudėtį ir daromą žalą odai. 2. Aptarti apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo sukeltų odos problemų sprendimo būdus. 3. Nustatyti kosmetologų nuomonę apie apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo sukeltų odos problemų sprendimo būdus. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji. Baigiamajame darbe buvo atlikta mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros analizė, jos lyginimas ir susisteminimas bei anoniminė apklausa internetu. Siekiant atskleisti kosmetologų nuomonę apie apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo sukeltų odos problemų sprendimo būdus, buvo pasirinktas kiekybinis tyrimas, kurio instrumentas – internetinė anketa https://www.google.com/forms/about/. Tyrimas vyko 2021 vasario 15 – balandžio 3 dienomis. Jame dalyvavo 50 kosmetologų. Tyrimo dalyviai buvo atrinkti tikimybinės paprastosios atsitiktinės imties būdu. Anketą sudarė 21 pusiau uždaro tipo klausima. Gauti duomenys buvo susisteminti naudojant Microsoft Excel 2013 programą. Tyrimo rezultatai ir išvados. Nustatyta, jog dėl dėvimų apsauginių veido kaukių klientai dažniausiai susiduria su odos kuperozės ir paprastųjų spuogų atsiradimu, turintys riebią arba problematinę odą. Sprendžiant kuperozės problemas, respondentai dažniausiai renkasi kosmetines kuperozinei odai skirtas procedūras, kurių poveikis būtų kapiliarų sieneles stiprinantis bei priešuždegiminis. Pasireiškus paprastųjų spuogų problemai, dažniausiai pasirenkamos mechaninio odos valymo arba cheminio šveitimo procedūros, su galimybe jas kombinuoti. Procedūrų metu respondentai dažniausiai renkasi priemones, kurios veikia priešuždegimiškai ir antibakteriškai. Esant uždegiminėms odos būklėms, respondentai rekomenduoja apsilankyti pas dermatologą. Taip pat respondentai pateikia rekomendacijas apie odos būklę bloginančius veiksnius, apsauginių veido kaukių dėvėjimo ir kitas papildomas rekomendacijas.	en_US
