dc.description	Aim of thesis: formation of a theoretical model of pharmaceutical care for patients with arterial hypertension. Key words: pharmaceutical service, high arterial blood pressure, public pharmacy, consultation. Relevance of the topic: In today's world, the increasing incidence of high blood pressure is a relevant topic. V.Kučinskas and others (2013) state that arterial hypertension is a progressive cardiovascular syndrome when arterial blood pressure increases. This disease affects not only the heart, but also the brain, kidneys, blood vessels, as a result of which brain, kidney, vascular damage and diseases occur (A.Brazienė, 2018). According to the data of the Hygiene Center of the Institute of Health (2014), there were 234.1 inhabitants per 1000 population in Lithuania, and more than one billion inhabitants worldwide that had this disease. Therefore, it is very important to expand pharmaceutical services so that patients with arterial hypertension have knowledge about effective treatment of the disease. In order to increase the availability of pharmaceutical care services in Lithuania, it is necessary to educate the population. It is therefore important to listen to the needs and wants of patients in pharmacies. Also, to find out which pharmaceutical care services would help to manage arterial hypertension more effectively and solve problems related to the use of drugs. Research problem: What is the model of pharmaceutical care for patients with arterial hypertension? Research object: The model of pharmaceutical care is based on the experience of foreign countries and the opinion of the population. Aim: To reveal the attitude of patients to the pharmaceutical care service in patients with arterial hypertension and to provide recommendations for modelling a quality pharmaceutical service based on the experience of foreign countries and the opinion of the respondents. Research tasks: 1. Describe the course, risk factors and treatment of arterial hypertension. 2. To determine the role of a pharmacist in the treatment of arterial hypertension. 3. To theoretically substantiate the results of the survey, based on the data of the survey and the literature, to develop a theoretical model of pharmaceutical care for patients with arterial hypertension. Methodology: At the beginning of the research, the literature was analysed and scientific works related to the chosen topic were reviewed. An online survey was conducted with the participation of X pharmacy patients with arterial hypertension in Druskininkai. The aim was to write a theoretical model of pharmaceutical care for patients with arterial hypertension. Results: based on the results of the study, a theoretical model was formed for patients with arterial hypertension.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tema: teorinio farmacijos rūpybos modelio sudarymas arterine hipertenzija sergantiems pacientams. Pagrindiniai žodžiai: farmacinė paslauga, padidėjęs arterinis kraujospūdis, visuomenės vaistinė, konsultacija. Temos aktualumas: Šiandieniniame pasaulyje didėjantis sergamumas padidėjusiu kraujo spaudimu įtint aktuali tema. Arterinė hipertenzija-tai padidėjęs kraujo spaudimas. Nuolatinė hipertenzija turi įtakos arterijų pokyčius, panašius į sukeltus senėjimo, įskaitant endotelio pažeidimą bei arterijų sklerozę, kuri pasireiškia arterijos sienelės sustorėjimu ir jungiamojo audinio kiekio padidėjimu, kuris sumažina arterijų judėjimą (Philip ir kt. 2020m). Ši liga pažeidžia ne tik širdį, bet ir smegenis, inkstus, kraujagysles, dėl to ir atsirandą smegenų, inkstų, kraujagyslių pažeidimai ir ligos (Brazienė, 2018m). Higienos instituto Sveikatos centro duomenimis (2014), Lietuvoje iš 1000 gyventojų sirgo 234,1 gyventojas, o visame pasaulyje arterine hipertenzija serga daugiau nei milijardas gyventojų. Todėl labai svarbu plėsti farmacines paslaugas, kad pacientai sergantys arterine hipertenzija turėtų žinių apie efektyvų ligos gydymą. Norint padidinti farmacinės rūpybos paslaugų prieinamumą Lietuvoje, reikia šviesti gyventojus. Todėl svarbu išklausyti pacientų poreikius ir norus vaistinėse. Taip pat sužinoti, kokios farmacinės rūpybos paslaugos padėtų efektyviau valdyti arterinę hipertenziją ir spręsti su vaistų vartojimu susijusias problemas. Tyrimo problema: Koks sudaromas farmacinės rūpybos modelis pacientams, sergantiems arterine hipertenzija? Tyrimo objektas: Farmacinės rūpybos modelis sudarytas remiantis užsienio šalių patirtimi ir gyventojų nuomone. Tikslas: Atskleisti pacientų požiūrį į farmacinės rūpybos paslaugą pacientams sergantiems arterine hipertenzija ir pateikti kokybiškos farmacinės paslaugos modeliavimo rekomendacijas, remiantis užsienio šalių patirtimi, bei respondentų nuomone. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti arterinės hipertenzijos ligos eigą, rizikos veiksnius ir gydymą. 2. Nustatyti farmacijos specialisto vaidmenį padidėjusio arterinio kraujo spaudimo gydyme. 3. Teoriškai pagrįsti apklausos rezultatus, bei remiantis atliktos apklausos ir literatūros duomenimis parengti teorinį farmacinės rūpybos modelį arterine hipertenzija sergantiems pacientams. Metodika: Tyrimo pradžioje buvo analizuojama literatūra, apžvelgiami moksliniai darbai susiję su pasirinkta tema. Buvo atliekama internetinė apklausa, joje dalyvavo Druskininkuose esančios X vaistinės pacientai sergantys arterine hipertenzija. Taip buvo siekiama suformuoti teorinį modelį pacientams, sergantiems arterine hipertenzija. Rezultatai: pagal atliktus tyrimo rezultatus buvo formuojamas teorinis modelis pacientams sergantiems arterine hipertenzija	en_US
