dc.description	One of the important factors determining an employee’s emotional state and job satisfaction is relationships with colleagues (Collins et al., 2016). The extent to which employees provide support to each other in the workplace can have a significant impact on people’s work experience (Chiaburu, Harrison, 2008). In today's dentistry, teamwork is increasingly used, newer technologies and methods are being integrated. However, the perceived stress among dental staff remains the same. Gorter et al. (2006) claim that interprofessional collaboration and effective teamwork are essential for quality and smooth work and patient well-being. Therefore, the interpersonal relationship between the dentist and the dental assistant can play an important role in the work process. The main problem of the thesis: What is the influence of the relationship between the dentist and dental assistant on teamwork? The object of the thesis: The influence of the relationship between the dentist and dental assistant on teamwork. The purpose of the thesis: To reveal the influence of the relationship between the dentist and dental assistant on teamwork. The tasks of the thesis: 1. Discuss the principles and peculiarities of teamwork. 2. Theoretically substantiate the importance of collaboration and communication between the dentist and dental assistant. 3. To reveal the influence of dentists relationship with a team member on their work. 4. To reveal the influence of the dental assistants relationship with a team member on their work. The methods and respondents of the research: Quantitative research strategy was used. Theoretical research methods - analysis of scientific literature, empirical research methods - online survey. Descriptive statistics calculations were used for data analysis. The probabilistic sampling method applied to the research is a random (convenient) sample. 134 respondents participated in the survey, 45 of them were dentists and 89 dental assistants. The main results and conclusions of empirical research: The results of the study revealed that the majority of respondents state that interpersonal relationships with a team member affect their productivity and emotional state. The majority of respondents believe that a positive relationship with a team member increases job satisfaction, saves time, improves the quality of services provided, and reduces stress and fatigue. Negative relationships and poor communication in the team cause stressful situations and reduce work efficiency.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Vienas iš svarbių veiksnių, lemiančių darbuotojo emocinę būklę bei pasitenkinimą darbu yra santykiai su kolegomis (Collins ir kt., 2016). Tai, kiek darbuotojai teikia palaikymo vieni kitiems darbo vietoje, gali turėti didelės įtakos žmonių darbo patirčiai (Chiaburu, Harrison, 2008). Šių dienų odontologijoje vis dažniau yra taikomas komandinis darbas, yra integruotos vis naujesnės technologijos bei metodai. Tačiau jaučiamas stresas tarp odontologinių paslaugų darbuotojų išlieka toks pat. Gorter ir kt. (2006) teigia, kad siekiant kokybiško ir sklandaus darbo bei paciento gerovės yra būtinas tarpprofesinis bendradarbiavimas ir efektyvus komandinis darbas. Taigi tarpasmeniniai santykiai tarp gydytojo odontologo ir padėjėjo gali atlikti svarbų vaidmenį darbo procese. Tyrimo problema: Kokia gydytojo odontologo ir jo padėjėjo tarpusavio santykių įtaka komandiniam darbui? Tyrimo objektas: Gydytojo odontologo ir jo padėjėjo tarpusavio santykių įtaka komandiniam darbui. Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti gydytojo odontologo ir jo padėjėjo tarpusavio santykių įtaką komandiniam darbui. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aptarti komandinio darbo principus bei ypatumus. 2. Teoriškai pagrįsti bendradarbiavimo ir komunikacijos svarbą tarp gydytojo odontologo ir padėjėjo. 3. Atskleisti gydytojų odontologų santykių su komandos nariu įtaką jų darbui. 4. Atskleisti odontologų padėjėjų santykių su komandos nariu daromą įtaką darbui. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: Taikyta kiekybinė tyrimo strategija. Teoriniai tyrimo metodai – mokslinės literatūros analizė, empiriniai tyrimo metodai – anketinė apklausa internetu. Duomenų analizei buvo taikomi aprašomosios statistikos skaičiavimai. Tyrimui taikomas netikimybinės imties sudarymo būdas – proginė (patogioji) imtis. Tyrime dalyvavo 134 respondentai, iš jų 45 gyd. odontologai ir 89 gyd. odontologų padėjėjai. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai ir išvados: Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad dauguma respondentų teigia, kad tarpusavio santykiai komandoje turi įtakos jų produktyvumui ir emocinei būsenai. Didžioji dalis respondentų mano, jog esant teigiamiems tarpusavio santykiams su komandos nariu, didėja pasitenkinimas darbu, taupomas darbo laikas, gerėja teikiamų paslaugų kokybė, mažėja įtampa ir nuovargis. Neigiami tarpusavio santykiai ir prasta komunikacija komandoje sukelia stresines situacijas ir mažina darbo efektyvumą.	en_US
