| dc.description | This paper evaluates the performance of Jolita Kvedienė's mixed crop and dairy cattle farm. The work analyses the production of crops of cereals and grasses in 2017-2021, the marketing of the produced products, their use on the farm, the production of dairy cattle, the feeding technology and housing on the farm, the change in the area of agricultural land occupation and the change in the yield, and the applied cultivation technologies in 2017-2021. During the internship, interviews were carried out with the farmer and her son Vaidmantas Kvedys, who is an agronomist on the farm. The study also included an analysis of the farm's economic data, scientific literature, articles, statistical data, and an analysis of the farm's activities. The 11-page review of scientific and professional literature describes the evolution of the farm's holdings over the period under study, the gender breakdown, the soils prevailing in Lithuania and the Tauragė region, and its productivity scores. The dynamics of dairy cows and their productivity and the yields of the most cultivated agricultural crops in Lithuania. The next part, which runs to 22 pages, describes the farm of Jolita Kvedienė, its establishment, the development of the farm between 2017 and 2021 and the possibilities for future development, the structure of the farm's herd, the raising of cattle, the feeding of cattle, and the preparation of feed. This part also describes the farm's crop rotation, cultivation technologies, the area of agricultural land, and the change in the area of cultivated crops during the period under study. The work shows that the farm is carried out by family members and only occasionally by hired people, and that the farm is still growing, with a renewed machinery fleet, and that it is eligible for EU support for the development and modernisation of the farm. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Šiame darbe yra vertinama Jolitos Kvedienės mišraus ūkio – augalininkystės ir pieninės krypties galvijų auginimo veiklos vertinimas. Darbe analizuojama grūdinių ir žolinių žemės ūkio augalų auginimas 2017–2021 metais, užaugintos produkcijos realizavimas, panaudojimas ūkyje, pieninių galvijų auginimas, šėrimas technologijos ir laikymas ūkyje, užimtų žemės ūkio naudmenų plotų, bei derlingumo kitimas, taikomos auginimo technologijos 2017 – 2021 metais. Praktikos metu buvo atliktas interviu su ūkininke ir jos sūnumi Vaidmantu Kvedžiu, kuris ūkyje atlieka agronomo pareigas. Taip pat tyrimo metu buvo analizuojami ūkio ekonominiai duomenys, mokslinė literatūra, straipsniai, statistiniai duomenys, tiriamojo ūkio veiklos analizė. Mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros apžvalgos dalyje, kuri apima 11 puslapių, aprašyta ūkio valdų kitimas tiriamuoju laikotarpiu, bei išsiskirstymas pagal lytis, Lietuvoje ir Tauragės rajone vyraujantys dirvožemiai, bei pateikti jo našumo balai. Pieninių karvių ir jų produktyvumo kitimo dinamika, bei labiausiai auginamų žemės ūkio augalų derlingumai Lietuvoje. Sekančioje dalyje, kurios apimtis siekia 22 puslapius, aprašytas Jolitos Kvedienės ūkis, jo įkūrimas, 2017–2021 metų ūkio plėtra, bei ateities plėtros galimybės, ūkio bandos struktūra, galvijų auginimas, šėrimas, pašarų ruošimas. Šioje dalyje aprašyta ir ūkyje taikoma sėjomaina, auginimo technologijos, žemės ūkio naudmenų plotai, auginamų augalų ploto kaita tiriamuoju laikotarpiu. Iš darbo galima matyti, kad ūkio darbus atlieka šeimos nariai ir tik retkarčiais samdyti žmonės, ūkis yra vis dar augantis, atnaujinamas technikos parkas, pretenduoja į ES paramas skirtas ūkio plėtrai ir modernizavimui. | en_US |
