dc.description	In Lithuania there were as many as 35.000 minor children with mental and behavioural disorders in 2019. Children with behavioural and emotional disorders need special educational conditions. Although efforts are being made to implement the ideas of inclusive education throughout Europe, Lithuanian general education schools are not yet able to effectively educate children with these disorders, that’s why special education centers are still probably the only place where specialized assistance is provided. The special education center employs a team of various professionals, but the main source of assistance for children is often the social worker, whose roles determine the quality of services and the effectiveness of the intervention.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	2019 m. Lietuvoje buvo net 35 tūkst. nepilnamečių vaikų, kuriems pasireiškė psichikos ir elgesio sutrikimai. Vaikams su elgesio ir emocijų sutrikimais reikalingos specialios ugdymosi sąlygos. Nors visoje Europoje stengiamasi įgyvendinti inkliuzinio ugdymo idėjas, Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos dar nėra pajėgios efektyviai ugdyti vaikus su šiais sutrikimais, todėl specialiojo ugdymo centrai vis dar išlieka bene vienintelė vieta, kurioje teikiama specializuota pagalba. Specialiojo ugdymo centre dirba įvairių specialistų komanda, tačiau pagrindinis pagalbos šaltinis dažnai yra socialinis darbuotojas, kurio atliekami vaidmenys lemia paslaugų kokybę ir intervencijos veiksmingumą.	en_US
