dc.description	The theoretical part discusses the purpose of the maintenance contract, problematic aspects, main features. The first part of the work examines the purpose and objectives of the maintenance until death contract, the forms of making the claims in question and the obligations of the annuity payer. The second part focuses on the matter and main features of lifetime maintenance, termination of the contract, breach and termination of the maintenance contract to the annuitant. The third part studies a good case - law on the basis of the problematic aspects of life support.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje aptariama techninės priežiūros sutarties paskirtis, probleminiai aspektai, pagrindiniai bruožai. Pirmoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjama išlaikymo iki mirties sutarties paskirtis ir tikslai, aptariamų reikalavimų pateikimo formos ir anuiteto mokėtojo įsipareigojimai. Antroje dalyje dėmesys sutelkiamas į išlaikymo visą gyvenimą, sutarties nutraukimo, išlaikymo sutarties su rentos gavėjo pažeidimu ir nutraukimo dalyką ir pagrindinius ypatumus. Trečioje dalyje nagrinėjama gera teismų praktika, remiantis probleminiais gyvybės palaikymo aspektais.	en_US
