In view of the unfavorable situation of coronavirus infection and the rapidly increasing number of cases, restrictions and recommendations have been introduced for the population, published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania. Research problem: What is the behaviour of Kauno kolegija faculty of medicine students in compliance with the COVID-19 prevention requirements? Research object: Behaviour of Kauno kolegija faculty of medicine students in compliance with the preventive requirements of COVID-19. The aim of the study: To reveal the behaviour of Kauno kolegija faculty of medicine students in compliance with the COVID-19 prevention requirements. Research tasks: 1. To define COVID-19 disease, symptoms, risk factors and treatment. 2. To describe the limitations and recommendations for COVID-19 in the population during quarantine and pandemic. 3. To reveal Kaunas University of Applied Sciences faculty of medicine student compliance with quarantine requirements and vaccination against COVID-19. Research methods: 1. An analysis of the scientific literature was performed, which described COVID-19 infectious disease, limitations of COVID-19 disease and recommendations for the population during the quarantine and pandemic period. 2. An anonymous online questionnaire was chosen for the quantitative research, whose purpose is to reveal Kauno kolegija faculty of medicine students behavior in compliance with quarantine and pandemic requirements and vaccination against COVID-19. Results of an empirical study: The vast majority of respondents agree with the statements that the quarantine complied with preventive measures. According to the respondents, the most effective measure to reduce the spread of COVID-19 was 83.6% (N = 311). Kaunas University of Applied Sciences faculty of medicine studentare prone to vaccination against coronavirus disease, 94.2% of vaccinated students (N = 311).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tema: Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentų elgesys laikantis COVID-19 prevencijos reikalavimų. Raktiniai žodžiai: COVID-19 liga, karantinas, pandemija, ribojimai, prevencija, Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentai, Lietuvos Respublikos Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija Temos aktualumas: 2019 m. dėl naujo SARS-CoV-2 viruso plitimo pasaulyje kilo visuomenės sveikatos krizė (Singhal, 2020). Atsižvelgiant į nepalankią koronavirusinės infekcijos situaciją ir dėl greitai didėjančių susirgimų skaičiaus buvo įvesti ribojimai bei rekomendacijos gyventojams, kurias paskelbė Lietuvos Respublikos Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija. Tyrimo problema: Koks Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentų elgesys laikantis COVID-19 prevencijos reikalavimų? Tyrimo objektas: Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentų elgesys laikantis COVID19 prevencijos reikalavimų. Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentų elgesį laikantis COVID-19 prevencijos reikalavimų. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti COVID-19 ligą, jos simptomus, rizikos veiksnius ir gydymą. 2. Aprašyti COVID-19 ligos ribojimus ir rekomendacijas gyventojams karantino ir pandemijos laikotarpiu. 3. Atskleisti Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentų elgesį laikantis prevencijos reikalavimų ir skiepijantis nuo COVID-19 ligos. Tyrimo metodika: 1. Atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė, kurios metu buvo aprašoma COVID-19 infekcinė liga, COVID-19 ligos ribojimai ir rekomendacijos gyventojams karantino ir pandemijos laikotarpiu. 2. Kiekybiniam tyrimui pasirinkta – anoniminė anketinė apklausa internetu, kurios tikslas atskleisti Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentų elgesį laikantis prevencinių reikalavimų ir skiepijantis nuo COVID-19 ligos. Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: Iš gautų duomenų, Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentai yra linkę laikytis COVID-19 ligos sukeltos pandemijos reikalavimų. Taip pat didžioji dauguma respondentų sutinka su teiginiais, kad karantino metu laikėsi prevencinių priemonių. Apklaustųjų nuomone, efektyviausia priemonė mažinanti COVID-19 ligos plitimą – asmens higiena 83,6% (N=311). Kauno kolegijos Medicinos fakulteto studentai yra linkę ir skiepytis nuo koronaviruso ligos, pasiskiepijusių studentų yra 94,2% (N=311).	en_US
