dc.description	The topic. „Choosing the composition and manufacturing technology of gel with Comfrey oil extract for pharmaceutical dispensing“ The relevance of the topic. Herbal medicines have been widely used to treat various diseases. In Lithuania, there are various pharmaceutical forms, herbal preparations for the treatment of various diseases: tablets, capsules, ointments, gels, extracts, etc. Herbal medicines still play an important role in the pharmaceutical market for the treatment of various health disorders, therefore, a lot of attention and funds are paid to the development of herbal medicines every year. A convenient form of the drug – a gel for the treatment of bone fractures, concussions, etc., acts quickly on the site of pain. Given the growing trauma and the need to use herbal gels, it is important to develop a gel that has anti – inflammatory, antimicrobial and analgesic affects. The problem of the research – what should be the composition and technology of the production of gel with Comfrey oil extract in the pharmacy? The object of the research – composition and technological process of the gel with Comfrey oil extract. The objective of the research – evaluate the composition of the gel with oil extract and the technology for the manufacture of the pharmacy. Research tasks: 1. Theoretically and experimentally based maceration methods according to oleogel production technology. 2. Determinate the quality of the modelled oleogel. 3. Evaluate the antimicrobial activity of the produced oleogel. Methods. An analysis of scientific sources ant literature was used for the theoretical research. The method of laboratory research was chosen for the empirical research. The results of the research. During the study, the composition of the oleogel, production technology, the antimicrobial effect of the produced gel, macerations on selected cultures of microorganisms, as well as the organoleptic properties of the oleogel were evaluated.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo tema: „Gelio su kaulažolės aliejine ištrauka sudėties ir technologijos vaistinės gamybai parinkimas“. Temos aktualumas: augalinės kilmės vaistiniai preparatai buvo plačiai naudojami gydant įvairias ligas. Lietuvoje yra įvairiausių vaistų formų, augalinės kilmės preparatų gydyti įvairias ligas: tabletės, kapsulės, tepalai, kremai, geliai, ekstraktai ir t.t. Augaliniai vaistiniai preparatai iki šiol farmacijos rinkoje užima svarbią vietą gydant įvairius sveikatos sutrikimus, todėl kasmet augalinių preparatų kūrimui yra skiriama daug dėmesio, lėšų. Patogi vaisto forma - oleogelis, skirtas gydyti kaulų lūžius, sutrenkimus ir kt., veikia greitai į skausmo vietą. Atsižvelgiant į didėjančias traumas ir poreikį naudoti augalinės kilmės gelius, aktualu sukurti gelį, kuris pasižymėtų priešuždegiminiu, antimikrobiniu ir skausmą malšinančiu poveikiu. Tyrimo problema: kokia turi būti sudėtis ir technologija gelio su kaulažolės aliejine ištrauka gamyba vaistinėje? Tyrimo objektas: gelio su kaulažolės aliejine ištrauka sudėtis ir technologinis procesas. Tyrimo tikslas: įvertinti gelio su kaulažolės aliejine ištrauka sudėtį ir technologiją vaistinės gamybai. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai ir eksperimentiškai pagrįsti maceracijos metodus pagal oleogelių gamybos technologija. 2. Nustatyti sumodeliuoto oleogelio kokybę. 3. Įvertinti pagaminto gelio antimikrobinį poveikį. Tyrimo metodologija Teoriniam tyrimui buvo naudota mokslinių šaltinių ir literatūros analizė. Empiriniam tyrimui atlikti pasirinktas laboratorinio tyrimo metodas. Tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimo metu buvo sumodeliuota gelių sudėtis, pasirinkta gamybos technologija, įvertintas pagaminto gelio, maceracijų antimikrobinis poveikis pasirinktoms mikroorganizmų kultūroms, taip pat įvertintos gelių organoleptinės savybės.	en_US
