dc.description	Akvile Kasciukaite. Organization of the Production Activities in the Café “Saldi Padangė”. Professional Bachelor Thesis / Scientific advisor lecturer Inga Motiejuniene, Kaunas College, / University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of technologies, Catering department. – Kaunas, 2018. Having analyzed the desserts in Kaunas cafes, the biggest problem found was the lack of such a place, in which practical activities and tastings could be organized, which could gather the locally situated parents and children. The aim of the final thesis is to prepare the technological part of the dessert "Salty Tone" project. To solve the problems and achieve the aim of the work the following methods have been applied: the analysis of information sources, questionnaire type opinion survey, composing of the menu, selection of the required equipment. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses and summarizes the legislation regulating the activities of the catering company, the classification of catering enterprises and the planning of the company. A study to interpret the opinion of the respondents has been conducted to find out whether they would be happy with a new breakthrough place, offering practical activities and tastings for parents and children. The survey data results show that aproximately 79.per cent of the respondents find company with parenting and children's activities company to be a good idea. Based on the respondents possitive feedback, parents and their children dessert preparation classes have been created. Adding to this, dish technology, nutritional and energy value cards, chemistry-based technologies have been drawn up. Desserts have to be prepared in accordance with established hygiene standards using safe and properly maintained equipment and inventory. The author of the Professional Bachelor Thesis recommends to continue the conduction of surveys with visitors, following an ongoing update of the daily menu, interior and equipment. dc.description.abstract	Išanalizavus Kaune esančias desertines, išryškėjo problema, jog nėra tokios desertinės, kurioje būtų organizuojami praktiniai užsiėmimai bei degustacijos, kurių metu tėvai su vaikais kartu gamintų ir degustuotų desertus. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas- parengti desertinės „Saldi padangė“ projekto technologinę dalį. Problemai spręsti bei darbo tikslui įgyvendinti numatyti šie metodai: informacijos šaltinių analizė, anketinė apklausa, valgiaraščio sudarymas, įrangos parinkimas. Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptarti ir apibendrinti teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys maitinimo įmonės veiklą, maitinimo įmonių klasifikacija bei įmonės steigimo planavimas. Atliktas tyrimas, kurio metu aiškintasi respondentų nuomonė, ar jie būtų patenkinti nauja desertinę, kurioje būtų praktiniai užsiėmimai ir degustacijos tėvams ir vaikams. Remiantis apklausos rezultatais 79,1 proc. respondentų mano, kad būtų gera idėja įkurti įmonę, kurioje būtų tėvų ir vaikų užsiėmimai. Atsižvelgiant į respondentų nuomonę įkurti desertinę, pagal idėją- tėvų ir vaikų užsiėmimai, buvo sudarytas valgiaraštis. Taip pat sudarytos patiekalų technologijos, maistinės ir energetinės vertės kortelės, nubraižytos technologijos schemos. Desertai bus ruošiami laikantis nustatytų higienos normų reikalavimų, naudojant saugius ir tinkamai prižiūrimus įrenginius ir inventorių. Rekomenduojama nuolat vykdyti lankytojų apklausas, naujinti dienos valgiaraštį, interjerą bei reklamą.	en_US
