dc.description	The final bachelor's project aims to analyze the specifics of already existing financial systems and to design and program a new, improved personal finance management system for managing income and expenses. The main problem with which this topic is topical and incomplete, the absence of frames of perfection. Existing financial management systems are not ideal, are often easily incomprehensible to the consumer. Most of the financial systems as a whole are similar, with only individual aspects covering different programming methods, supported operating systems, data security techniques, or certain design choices. After analyzing the cases of existing financial systems, it was chosen to create a system that is designed, clearly presented, and has two main functions: cost and revenue management. To properly prepare for the design and programming of the system, the specification of the future system, the logical model of the processes, the testing, and the instructions of the already programmed system are described in the work. In order not to carry out the work in vain, a preliminary samata of the financial system was calculated, and future benefits were identified. Using WordPress content management system programmed personal finance management system. The final bachelor's draft concluded that financial systems are an integral part of modern human life, and although the internet is rich in different IS finance management, their use is often difficult or costly for most humans. However designed, the financial management system is quite expensive, so a cost repurchase option has been proposed.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo bakalauro projekto tikslas išanalizuoti jau esamų finansų sistemų specifikas bei suprojektuoti ir suprogramuoti naują, tobulesnę asmeninių finansų valdymo sistemą pajamoms bei išlaidoms valdyti. Pagrindinė problema dėl kurios ši tema yra aktuali ir neišsemta, tobulumo rėmų nebuvimas. Esamos finansų valdymo sistemos nėra idealios, dažnu atveju yra lengvai nesuprantamos vartotojui. Daugumoje visos finansų sistemos yra panašios, skiriasi tik pavieniai aspektai apimantys skirtingus programavimo būdus, palaikomas operacines sistemas, duomenų saugos užtikrinimo būdus ar tam tikrus dizaino pasirinkimo atvejus. Išanalizavus esamų finansų sistemų atvejus, buvo pasirinkta sukurti sistemą kuri yra aiškaus dizaino, aiškiai pateikiamos informacijos bei turėtų dvi pagrindines – išlaidų ir pajamų valdymo funkcijas. Siekiant tinkamai pasiruošti sistemos projektavimui bei programavimui darbe aprašyta būsimos sistemos specifikacija, procesų loginis modelis, nusimatytas jau suprogramuotos sistemos testavimas bei instrukcijos. Tam kad darbas nebūtų atliktas veltui, buvo apskaičiuota preliminari kuriamos finansų sistemos sąmata, nustatyta būsima nauda. Naudojant Wordpress turinio valdymo sistemą programuota asmeninių finansų valdymo sistema. Rengiant baigiamąjį bakalauro projektą prieita išvadų, kad finansų sistemos yra neatsiejama šiuolaikinio žmogaus gyvenimo dalis ir nors internete gausu įvairių IS finansų valdymui užtikrinti, vis tik jų naudojimas paprastam žmogui dažnai būna sunkus, arba kainuoja papildomai. Kaip bebūtų suprojektuota finansų valdymo sistema yra ganėtinai brangi, tad pasiūlytas kaštų atpirkimo variantas.	en_US
