dc.description	Nowadays, most companies operate using a variety of technologies. This final paper focuses on the analysis of various business analytical tools and their use in the effective prosperity of enterprises. Companies strive to automate many internal processes. Efforts are made to monitor, test and analyse the various processes and changes inside and outside the company that may affect the operation of the it. Every day we can hear and notice the plans of various companies to invest their tangible assets in various areas that they believe will help the company to grow in the near future. Most of these companies are increasingly working to use popular and important business analytics tools to help businesses analyse their performance more effectively, monitor past processes and plan for the future. Business consumers make better decisions. With the help of analytics tools, data can be organized and displayed in real time in the desired form and structure. One of the biggest benefits of analytic tools is the ability to display the data in easy-to-understand charts and other graphical images to make quick decisions about the company’s plans for the future. The aim of the final work is to analyse the company's operating principle and create a set of activity reports with the help of the Qlik Sense Tool, which would allow the company to monitor activity data and make important decisions more easily and efficiently. Objectives of the final work are as follow: 1. Find out how analytic tools improve business performance, metrics, and efficiency, whether Big Data can be used in business analytics. 2. Investigate the company's needs for the developed report sets and create functional and non functional requirements. 3. Design a specified system model and company report sets. 4. Create a set of key performance indicators for company managers. 5. Examine the cost-effectiveness of a set of reports. The result of the thesis is the Qlik Sense Tool, which provides a convenient and easy-to understand application for key performance indicators (KPIs) for managers, consisting of six different reports.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šiais laikais dauguma įmonių atlieka savo veiklą naudojant įvairias technologijas. Šiame darbe pagrindinis dėmesys skiriamas įvairių verslo analitinių įrankių analizei ir jų panaudojimui įmonių efektyviam klestėjimui vykdyti. Įmonės daugelį vidaus procesų stengiasi automatizuoti. Stengiamasi stebėti, testuoti ir analizuoti įvairius įmonės viduje ir išorėje esančius procesus ir pokyčius, kurie gali turėti įtakos įmonės veikimui. Kasdien galime girdėti ir pastebėti įvairių kompanijų planus investuoti savo materialų turtą į įvairias sritis, kurios jų manymu padėtų įmonei augti artimoje ateityje. Didžioji dalis tokių įmonių vis labiau stengiasi naudoti populiarėjančius ir svarbius verslo analitikos įrankius, padedančius efektyviau verslams analizuoti jų veiklą, stebėti praeities procesus ir planuoti ateities veiksmus. Verslo vartotojai priima geresnius sprendimus [1]. Analitikos įrankių pagalba duomenis galima būtų susisteminti ir atvaizduoti realiuoju laiku, norima forma ir struktūra. Vienas iš didžiausių analitikos įrankių privalumų yra duomenų atvaizdavimas lengvai suprantamose diagramose bei kituose grafiniuose vaizduose galint priimti greitus sprendimus dėl įmonės planų ateičiai.	en_US
