dc.description	Subject - Design of the Interior of Multifunctional Zones on the Balconies of Apartment Buildings on the Example of 105-94 Taikos Ave., Kaunas. The spaces in which people live and use them have always been very important, but during this period of the Covid-19 pandemic, the importance of living spaces and their interior design has intensified again. One of the most important functional areas in the home became the workplace, when most people had to move their workplace home during quarantine. But how to set up a workplace in small homes? The auxiliary premises of the apartment building of the apartment house rescue here - balconies, which are often not a full-fledged place of the house. The balcony has always been one of the most important architectural elements, giving the building exclusivity and creating a unique atmosphere, sometimes even characteristic not only of the object itself, but also of the district or even the whole city. The balcony has the power to change the mood of a house or apartment - to give authenticity or, conversely, to spoil the great aesthetic image. This accessory of the building is so significant that it is able to shape the face of the object, and this - to influence society. (Structum, 2017) Thus, this professional interior design final bachelor's interior design project creates a template project of work areas on the balconies of apartment buildings (based on the current situation to adapt the functional area and present it as a model for many apartment balconies).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo objektas - daugiafunkcinių zonų interjero projektas daugiabučių pastatų balkonuose Taikos pr. 105-94, Kaune - pavyzdžiu. Erdvės, kuriose žmonės gyvena ir jomis naudojasi, visada buvo labai svarbios, tačiau šiame Covid-19 pandemijos laikotarpyje ypač sustiprėjo gyvenamųjų erdvių ir jų interjero dizaino svarba. Viena iš svarbiausių funkcinių zonų namuose tapo darbo vieta, kai karantino metu daugumai žmonių teko darbo vietą perkraustyti į namus. Tačiau, kaip įsirengti darbo vietą mažuose būstuose? Čia gelbsti pagalbinės Daugiabučio gyvenamojo namo buto patalpos – balkonai, kurie dažnu atveju nėra pilnavertė namų vieta. „Balkonas visuomet buvo vienas svarbiausių architektūrinių elementų, suteikiančių pastatui išskirtinumo ir kuriančių savitą atmosferą, kartais net būdingą ne tik pačiam objektui, bet ir rajonui ar net visam miestui. Balkonas turi galią pakeisti namo ar buto nuotaiką – suteikti autentikos arba, priešingai, sugadinti puikų estetinį vaizdą. Šis pastato aksesuaras yra toks reikšmingas, kad geba formuoti objekto veidą, o šis – daryti įtaką visuomenei.“ (Structum, 2017) Tad šiuo interjero dizaino profesinio bakalauro baigiamuoju interjero projektu sukuriamas darbo zonų daugiabučių pastatų balkonuose šabloninis projektas (remiantis esama dabartine situacija pritaikyti funkcinę zoną ir ją pristatyti kaip modelį daugeliui daugiabučių balkonų).	en_US
