dc.description	Relevance of the topic. Every woman faces unwanted aesthetic body problems such as cellulite, fatty deposits and sagging skin at certain stages of life. In search of the most effective corrective hardware procedures, women tend to try the latest methods, so cryotherapy and radiofrequency hardware procedures are rapidly gaining popularity (Kwan, Kolansky, Abittan, Farberg, Goldenberg, 2020). In order to choose the most appropriate hardware correction procedure, it is necessary to understand the principles, the main effects of the procedures, and which aesthetic problems of the body they solve. This is difficult for women because information is provided frequently without significant differences in procedures. The problem of research. What is women’s opinion on the solution of aesthetic body problems using hardware methods? The object of research. Women's opinion on solving aesthetic body problems using hardware methods. The aim of research. To reveal the opinion of women about the solution of aesthetic body problems by applying hardware methods. The goals of research: 4. To theoretically explain the aesthetic body problems: cellulite, fatty deposits and sagging of the skin, revealing the causes and main signs of their occurrence. 5. To theoretically analyse the effect of radio frequency and cryotherapy in solving aesthetic body problems. 6. To determine women‘s opinion on the solution of aesthetic problems of cellulite, fat deposits and sagging skin by applying radiofrequency and cryotherapy methods. Research methods and subjects: There were the scientific literature and applied empirical research analysed in the graduation work. The research tool was an online survey that was developed on the Google Forms online platform. The questionnaire was posted to social networking groups and sent personally. The study involved 100 women. The questionnaire included 20 questions aimed at finding out women‘s opinion on the solution of aesthetic problems of the body using hardware methods. Microsoft Excel program was used for analysis and systematization of the obtained data. 10 Results and conclusions: Based on the data obtained from the results of the study, it can be stated that the women‘s opinion is positive to solve many aesthetic problems of the body by performing hardware methods. Many of the women surveyed would recommend these methods for better and faster results by combining different body hardware methods	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Temos aktualumas. Kiekviena moteris tam tikrais gyvenimo tarpsniais susiduria su nepageidaujamomis kūno estetinėmis problemomis, tokiomis kaip celiulitas, riebalinės sankaupos ir suglebusi kūno oda. Ieškant efektyviausių korekcinių aparatinių procedūrų, moterys nori išbandyti naujausias metodikas, todėl krioterapijos ir radijo dažnio aparatinės procedūros sparčiai populiarėja moterų tarpe (Kwan, Kolansky, Abittan, Farberg, Goldenberg, 2020). Norint pasirinkti tinkamiausią aparatinę korekcinę procedūrą, reikia suprasti veikimo principus ir pagrindinį poveikį, kurias estetines kūno problemas jos sprendžia. Moterims, tai yra sudėtinga, nes informacija pateikiama dažnai, nepateikiant esminių procedūrų skirtumų. Tyrimo problema. Kokia moterų nuomonė apie kūno estetinių problemų sprendimą, taikant aparatines metodikas? Tyrimo objektas. Moterų nuomonė apie kūno estetinių problemų sprendimą, taikant aparatines metodikas. Tyrimo tikslas. Atskleisti moterų nuomonę apie kūno estetinių problemų sprendimą, taikant aparatines metodikas. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Teoriškai paaiškinti kūno estetines problemas: celiulitą, riebalines sankaupas ir odos suglebimą, atskleidžiant jų atsiradimo priežastis ir pagrindinius požymius. 2. Teoriškai išanalizuoti radijo dažnio ir krioterapijos poveikį, sprendžiant kūno estetines problemas. 3. Nustatyti moterų nuomonę apie celiulito, riebalinių sankaupų ir suglebusios odos estetinių problemų sprendimą, taikant radijo dažnio ir krioterapijos metodikas. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: baigiamajame darbe buvo analizuojama mokslinė literatūra ir taikytas empirinis tyrimas. Tyrimo instrumentu pasirinkta internetinė apklausa, kuri buvo sukurta internetinėje ,,Google Forms“ plotmėje. Anketa buvo talpina į socialinių tinklų grupes ir siunčiama asmeniškai. Tyrime dalyvavo 100 moterų. Anketoje buvo pateikta 20 klausimų, kuriais buvo siekta išsiaiškinti moterų nuomonę apie kūno estetinių problemų sprendimą, taikant aparatines metodikas. Gautų duomenų analizei ir sisteminimui buvo naudojama Microsoft Exel programa. Tyrimo rezultatai ir išvados: remiantis gautais tyrimo rezultatų duomenimis, galima teigti, kad moterų nuomonė yra teigiama, norint spręsti daugelį kūno estetinių problemų, atliekant 8 aparatines metodikas. Daugelis iš apklaustų moterų rekomenduotų šias metodikas geresniems ir greitesniems rezultatams pasiekti, derinant įvairių kūno aparatinių metodikų kombinacijas.	en_US
