dc.description	This final work analyzes the plastic pins welding into furniture panel’s robotic system. Using the project material received from AB „Geras baldų fabrikas“, the process annalistic were performed. Taking into account the operation process of the device, a technological description was write and the schematic were developed of the device. According to operation process and the schematic automation schemes were drawn and descriptions were write, selection of technical components were done, as well as according to the description of the technological process and based on it functional algorithm were write and based on what the system control program was write . Electric connection diagram of device were drawn and layout plan of the automatic panel components. An economic analysis of the automated system has been prepared and work safety requirements have been examined.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šiame baigiamajame darbe analizuojamas plastikinių komponentų įlydymo į baldines plokštes robotizuota sistema. Pasitelkiant gautą projektinę medžiagą iš AB „Geras baldų fabrikas“, atlikta proceso analizė. Atsižvelgiant į įrenginio veikimo procesą, sudarytas technologinis aprašas ir nubraižyta įrenginio mazgų principinės schemos. Pagal principinę schemą sudarytos automatizavimo schemos ir aprašai, techninių komponentų parinkimas, taip pat pagal technologinio proceso aprašą ir jo pagrindu sudarytas funkcinis algoritmas ir jo pagrindu sudaryta sistemos valdymo programa, nubraižytos elektrinių schemos sujungimų schemos ir automatinio skydo komponentų išdėstymo planas. Parengta automatizuotos sistemos ekonominė analizė ir išnagrinėti darbų saugos reikalavimai.	en_US
