dc.description	The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and a list of literature. The first chapter of the thesis is aimed at the theoretical analysis of the topic: it defines the concept of a special witness and the historical development of the institute. The second chapter analyzes the legislation governing the status of a special witness. The third chapter presents the research on the problems of application of the special witness institute identified in court practice.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro įvadas, trys darbo skyriai, išvados bei naudota literatūra. Pirmas darbo skyrius yra skirtas teorinei temos analizei: jame atskleidžiama specialaus liudytojo samprata ir istorinė instituto raida. Antrame skyriuje analizuojami teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys specialaus liudytojo statusą. Trečiame darbo skyriuje pateikiamas autorės atliktas tyrimas apie teismų praktikoje pastebimas specialaus liudytojo instituto taikymo problemas.	en_US
