dc.description	Description – This work reviews the production technology of chest of drawers „Rank“, as well describes the meterials used in the selected product, required technological machinery equipment and tehcnological process flows. The entire production process of the chest of drawers is described in detail and a worksop plan is drawn for mass production to produce this chest of drawers by using only the needed machine tools. The purpose of the work – The main purpose of the work is to design a chest of drawers by examining the technological processes in detail and to calculate all materials for its production. To design a workshop plan for the mass production of this chest of drawers. Work methods – Analyze the literature and systematize it. Problem – Non-drilling, bad drilling, holes of details in mass furniture production. Structure of the work – In this work technological processes are created to make „Aleks“ chest of drawers. This chest of drawers is designed for mass production, the material cost of this product is calculated. A workshop with equipment for the production of this chest of drawers is being designed. Test is perfomed to determine the optimal board density. Work results – Universal chest of drawers was made, all of the production was analyzed. Workshop plan was designed with all the necessary equipment for the production of this chest of drawers. Study determined the optimal board density for this product.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo apibūdinimas - Darbe apžvelgiama komodos „Rank“ gamybos technologija, taip pat aprašoma apie pasirinkto gaminio naudojamas medžiagas, apie reikiamus technologinius įrengimus ir technologinius srautus. Sudaromas cecho planas masinei gamybai, gaminti šiai komodai. Detaliai aprašomas visas spintelės pagaminimo gamybinis procesas. Tikslas - Suprojektuoti komodą detaliai išnagrinėjant technologinius procesus bei apskaičiuoti reikalingas medžiagas jos pagaminimui. Suprojektuoti cecho planą būtent šios komodos gamybai. Darbo metodai – Literatūros analizė bei jos susisteminimas. Darbo problema – Masinės baldų gamybos detalių skylių nesugręžimas, blogas gręžimas. Darbo struktūra – Darbe sudaromi technologiniai procesai, suprojektuojamas baldas gamybai, apskaičiuojamos šio gaminio medžiagų sąnaudos. Suprojektuojamas cechas su įrengimais skirtais pagaminti šiai spintelei. Atliekamas tyrimas dėl masinės baldų gamybos detalių skylių nesugręžimo, blogo gręžimo, taip išsprendžiama šią problema. Darbo rezultatai – Pagaminta universali komodą, išanalizuota visa jos gamyba, suprojektuotas cecho planas su visais reikiamais įrengimais pagaminti šiai komodai. Tyrime išspręsta masinės baldų gamybos problema – blogi gręžimai, nesugręžimai.	en_US
